I am beyond grateful for Carpet Butler’s exceptional service. We’ve had them clean our home carpet multiple times and steam clean our extremely filthy couch, and every time they’ve exceeded expectations. Lynn, in particular, was a true professional. She not only removed carpet stains that we had tried to tackle ourselves with no success but also revived our couch, making it look as good as the day we bought it.
Scheduling was a breeze—Lynn showed up exactly on time and was thoughtful in every aspect of her work. She didn’t need to be prompted to put on booties before entering the house and asked all the right questions to understand our needs. Despite their pricing being slightly higher than competitors, the value of their thorough and meticulous cleaning was undeniable. Lynn took her time to ensure everything was done to perfection, and the results spoke for themselves.
