World Appliance

This was my first time using World Appliance based on a recommendation from a neighbor. They were outstanding! Frank came out to service my washer and was very knowledgeable and also very personable. It was great that they had the part which was delivered within 30 minutes so that the washer could be fixed the same day.

A week later I had another issue come up and this time it was the water heater. Since World Appliance was great the first time, I called them again. Eric was sent out to address my problem. Eric was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly. Their technicians are top notch!

Frank came and did a great job fixing the air on my washing machine. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, I have to give this company a bad report. Four months ago they replaced a slider arm on the top shelf of my Dishwasher and charged me almost $300 to do that which was fine cause I needed it done. The technician was a very nice person and did a good job, however less than four months go by and a piece of the end popped off and because of the arthritis in my hands, I can’t get it back on. Mind you I rarely don’t use my dishwasher muchand I called them to ask him if they could come and snap it back on (there was nothing wrong with this piece. I just can’t maneuver it.) And they refuse to do that without charging me another $85 service charge. Really? Less than four months go by and they can’t come over and take two seconds to snap back on? Wow. Won’t be using them again. Poor business I’d say. The manager on the phone said that that wasn’t a part that they replaced, however it was part of the slider arm that was replaced. I know this because the Technician told me I needed a WHOLE new arm, Not a part of it.
