i initially got my kid's air ducts cleaned. i was amazed by the guys who turned up at the house. caleb and luke were super professional and explained everything they were doing. their customer service was top notch. i had them come clean my air ducts next. once more, it was a wonderful experience. i used to find dust on my furniture every few days. the air ducts were cleaned recently and there's still no dust. i'd highly recommend j&m air duct cleaners. i can't express enough how impressed i was with caleb and luke, or the fantastic job they did. i also called a few other businesses in sausalito before hiring them to compare prices. their rates were very reasonable.

jesse and caleb are the best! very professional and always on time. they came to clean my air ducts and dryer vent in sausalito. after clearing out a bird's nest from the outside vent, they found the duct line was broken inside the wall. they quickly found the problem and fixed it, pulling out two big bags of lint from the ceiling and wall where it had been collecting for a long time. they also put on a new outside vent cover, so no more birds can get in. i'm so happy with how clean everything is, and my dryer works great now. i would recommend them to anyone looking for air duct cleaning!

Update: They said they will come to clean the ducts and gave me a price. 2x they no showed. Then they send a 3rd guy. Then he said he can't clean it, just to look it. Totally misleading and frustrating. Some lead service.
