In the past Burkell Plumbing has been great and received positive reviews. Today after canceling one appointment the plumber Rafael came to fix the water control on our bathroom tub/shower. He did not have the right part and took an hour to run down the part from plumbing supply. We were charged half of his time $350 for this errand. While no complaint for the finished job. $725 where one hour to chase down a part is excessive. Next time we’ll ask ahead re: parts availability and time charges to secure parts of any plumber we select.

You can set your clocks by when a Burkell Plumbing, Heating, Cooling crew member is due to arrive - exactly when the appointment is scheduled. Our thermostat for our wall heater died, we had no heat, dressed for winter when we went to bed last night. I called Burkell this morning. Ever De Leon Morales arrived this afternoon. He is fast, efficient, knowledgeable. He first serviced the furnace which serves a small apartment we have over our garage. Then, he cleaned and checked the wall heater in our house and replaced the very complicated, hard to use, old thermostat with a simple small one, with an on and off button. We can't be more satisfied. Burkell always fills our needs. And, thank you Ever De Leon Morales!
