You can set your clocks by when a Burkell Plumbing, Heating, Cooling crew member is due to arrive - exactly when the appointment is scheduled. Our thermostat for our wall heater died, we had no heat, dressed for winter when we went to bed last night. I called Burkell this morning. Ever De Leon Morales arrived this afternoon. He is fast, efficient, knowledgeable. He first serviced the furnace which serves a small apartment we have over our garage. Then, he cleaned and checked the wall heater in our house and replaced the very complicated, hard to use, old thermostat with a simple small one, with an on and off button. We can't be more satisfied. Burkell always fills our needs. And, thank you Ever De Leon Morales!

Trent came over to address two issues.
First was to inspect the pump related to the septic tank. He was very knowledgeable and good at giving instructions.
Second was helping trace a bathroom leak. He was very helpful and ultimately traced it back to a drip from a condensation line. Super efficient and friendly.
I would highly recommend.

He has always been extremely efficient, professional, and pleasant. Today he installed a new Toto toilet and the job was very well done. I couldn't be more pleased with Rolf's diligence and professionalism.

Everything went totally smooth from the first phone call. Someone came out quickly, diagnosed the issue, (the heater was an old dinosaur) , and they had the appointment made to install a new one asap. Really important, I had no hot water!

When it was done it was like no one had been back in the water heater closet bedroom. They had laid floor covering and wore booties in the house which is greatly appreciated. With the new water heater and closet de -cobwebbed it’s cleaner than ever!

Great job by Chris who came out straight away when we had no hot water to look at our water heater. This family business are genuine, they want to fix things rather than upsell you like some of the bigger corporations. You can trust them to do the job well at a decent price. Turned out it was advisable to invest in a new water heater as ours was old and not great quality. Fernando came the following day and fitted our new water heater efficiently.

As always, Burkell Plumbing showed up and delivered! I had an urgent water heater issue and they were so responsive and solved it in a friendly and timely manner. I highly recommend them!!

Kyle is the best. So knowledgeable, helpful and kind. We will always request his services. Amazing work too on the sink, fridge line, garbage disposal. He can do everything and does it to perfection.

Kyle reached out to let me know he could arrive earlier than planned, which was great. He was cheerful and pleasant and treated my home with respect and care while working in our kitchen. He shared his analysis of what the problem was, how to solve it, and what the cost would be up front. He resolved the problem in a very short time and also shared helpful information about the general workings of our kitchen plumbing. Would be happy to have him do work for us again!
