I blew a circuit breaker by plugging in a faulty lamp. I could not reset the circuit breaker, so I was fortunate to contact AOE and Zach came out within 30 minutes to address the issue to my full satisfaction. I learned something about reseting circuit breakers and Zach repaired the faulty lamp fixture.

Leandro and Alex helped me to upgrade my house electric panel. They are professional and the city inspector praised their work. They know what they are doing very well.

Zach R did our installation. He was very personable, friendly, and professional. AOE was very through in presenting their bid, answering our questions and making adjustments when unforeseen problems surfaced. We were very pleased with AOE and Zach R. Great company. Ryan, the technician who came to perform the job was great. Professional and friendly. I had to reschedule the initial appointment a couple of times, they were very flexible. Ryan had a great commutation before arriving to the house. He was able to diagnose the problem/ repair it right away. I totally recommend Alpha Omega Electric.

Zach and Leo did a great job upgrading the lights in our kitchen and bathroom. They discussed options for light placement before installing them and we are very pleased with the results. Nice guys... and very professional. I highly recommend!

this review is for a 240V/50 amp circuit that Leandro and Alex installed from our new service panel (review for that upcoming) to our garage.
They both did a great job, carefully routing from our new service panel through our attic and garage to the location we requested.

Leandro was very friendly and was also very professional. He was able to install the new conduit and wiring with several plug outlets in our garage/house very quickly and seemed very efficient and competent. He is an asset to the company, give that guy a raise!

Had a great experience with Zach who came out to do an inspection on a house we are looking to buy. Super friendly and professional, and he explained what the issues were in a very easy way to understand.

Had a issue with wiring not being done correctly in house. The service tech Paul quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Everything was transparent with price and actions when I first called with my issue. Paul was very professional and a wealth of knowledge on every question I had. Having a old house, there are alot of items that need to be updated and Paul shared his thoughts on a path to update everything.

Having contacted various electricians in the area Alpha Omega was the only company that was transparent with the pricing and the services they would provide to me. This inclined me to hire them for the electrical issue I had. When Paul arrived he was able to asses and solve the problem in no time. He was very professional and knowledgeable in his field. I would 100% hire them again for any electrical problems in the future. These guys are definitely worthy of having the high rating they have.

AOE is my go-to electrician for life. I had an issue years ago and got three quotes. One was super low and unprofessional for reasons I don't want to go into, one was an insane over-bid where they wanted to replace everything back to the PGE line. AOE came in with the sane, perfect, and reasonable solution and everything has been perfect since then. They are going to do some more work (additions, not repairs) in the next couple weeks and the next time I have an electrical issue they will be the first and only company I call. They are that good.

Zach R was incredibly professional and friendly. He clearly communicated what needed to be done and completed the job quickly at a high level of quality.

There are few things I like as much as genuinely agreeing with my husband. AOR gave me an opportunity to do so. My husband and I have been both - and independently so- impressed by Zach R. An overdue review for Ryan, who was fantastic the whole way through our journey! He quickly installed an outdoor plug for our RV using existing panels, which worked great. When our RV plugs malfunctioned from age, he came out again and replaced them on site. He was friendly and personable and accommodated our busy schedule seamlessly. Thank you so much Ryan!

I had a great experience with Alpha Omega Electric. They installed a GFCI outlet in my driveway, and everything was done cleanly and professionally.

Ryan was the technician, and he was great to work with. He walked me through the options and alternatives, explained what the work would involve, and made sure all my questions were answered. He also took the time to talk through a separate project I’m considering, was very patient, and offered helpful suggestions.

I’m very happy with the work and the overall experience. I’d definitely recommend them and would use their services again.

Once again Fisher Electric has offered great service. We had an issue where our hardwired outlet for the generator kept tripping the generator so the generator was running but was not charging our refrigerator. Rafael came out, and when the diagnosis of the full issue was going to require going inside the walls, he offered an elegant solution of an additional hardwired plug. He also filled our generator with oil and fixed an interior light for us. All this on a very short notice. I will definitely be calling Fisher Electric again.

Can’t recommend Fisher Electric enough in the Monterey area. Had an issue that needed to be resolved quickly to be able to work from home and they were able to come out first thing on Monday morning to get it fixed. Johnson removed and put back the safety box carefully, and checked inside and and out. He explained things to me carefully. And told me what I need to pay attention. to prevent the problems from happening. I especially appreciate him texting me about his arrival time so I know when to expect him. That gives me a big piece of mind. I really appreciate that consideration!
