I can’t say enough good things about Jen and my experience with Redwood Pipe and Drain Inc. From start to finish, Jen was the perfect blend of professionalism, expertise, and warmth.

Before she even arrived, her communication was top-notch—she clearly explained what she suspected the issues were based on my description, what the potential solutions might be, and gave me a transparent idea of the cost. That level of clarity and care is rare these days.

When Jen got here, she went above and beyond. She quickly diagnosed the issues: a clogged kitchen drain and a slow-draining bathtub. What really impressed me was her attention to detail and her willingness to explain exactly what was happening, why it was happening, and how she was going to fix it—all in a way that was easy to understand.

Just saved $1,100! A different plumbing company quoted me for a full garbage disposal replacement after a small glass shot glass slipped into the sink and jammed the grinders. Trevor from this company showed up, took one look, and in under 5 minutes knew exactly what to do. With an Allen wrench and a little muscle, he had it working perfectly again no replacement needed. He didn’t even charge me! Truly honest, skilled, and efficient. Highly recommend.

I always dread having to call a plumber because I worry that I’ll be overcharged or upsold in to an unnecessary service. But when my kiddo flushed a toy down the toilet, I needed to contact the pros, and I’m so glad I chose Redwood Pipe and Drain. Jacob was prompt, friendly, and professional. He explained everything he was doing and showed me what he found with the scope. After he finished the job, he left the bathroom cleaner than he found it. I hope I won’t need to call a plumber again soon, but when I do, I know I’ll be calling Redwood Pipe and Drain.

Made arrangements on short notice to fix a bad leaking pipe . Clearly explained what was going on to find a serviceman and what time. Jordan was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. Completed the job cleaned up and followed up with recommendations to safeguard against further issues.

Jordan, Trevor, Mike, as well as the rest of their hard working crew were great to work with. Very polite and kept us fully informed of the progress and the work that needed to be done. We had a complete sewer redo from the street to the house as well as all the laterals under the house replaced so a big job. They completed the work promptly with very little down time, and did an excellent job. Highly recommend.

Mike and crew at Redwood came out to our house a year ago to completely redo the pipes. The work was exceptional. We recently made a service call and Trevor was out to take care of things within a day. He is very professional and competent and provided elite service.

Very quick and professional. Did huge replacement of all pipes in a couple days. Far less downtime in bathroom usage than I expected.

Wonderful experience this week for the RP&D team! Mike came out the same day I called and provided a thoughtful explanation of the issue and the options. I’m a renter and the team worked seamlessly between myself and my landlord, it was so easy for everyone! After trying a more simple and cost effective option that didn’t work we only then went to a full unit swap out. No one was pushed into a whole new unit right off the bat. They also repaired the improper exhaust system that was in place. The project ran on time and I was never left guessing where we were in the process. Their plumber Israel lead the repair with help from Santiago & Jacob and everyone was very kind and respectful. I would call on them again and will always recommend them to others in the area who need plumbing or drain service. Thank you Redwood team!

They are a great company to work with. My original review was only 2 stars because of the pricing. However, after talking with the person in the office in a calm, friendly manner, we were able to work out a fair price. (Sorry I didn't catch her name) The fact that she was wiling to work with me and that everybody was friendly and professional makes me want to do more business with them. It's hard to find people like that.
