I couldn’t get these people to return my phone calls. They don’t even have the common decency to return my several calls. I have them installed the Gas Water Heater on February 16, 2017 which still under warranty till December 2022. I DO not recommend Rooter King, Monterey County, INC.

The most honest, friendly, neighborly dudes. We know nothing of plumbing - these guys are happy to come out within the day, and teach us while they figure out our plumbing issues. Things they have done for us within the year: - Sewer Line Inspection with camera (even went up to roof to try access plumbing when we got stuck through the toilet) - and used some ground-penetrating radar to show us the plumbing line path under our garage and around our driveway - Professional crew controlled traffic while replacing many feet of our sewer line, made sure PG&E came in advance to mark the gas line, perfect asphalt patch - Followed through when a leak during the rains this year happened at a weird junction of our sump pump pipes and immediately fixed it pro bono, attributed it to the compaction they did when changing the sewer line - Showed up day of to completely troubleshoot and fix our blocked water filter faucet Impressive service, awesome guys, immediate response times. Thanks Alejandro and team!

Arrived on time with 6 trucks and 7 workers .Had all the high tech equipment and tools. Very impressive..This company is simply the best. I highly recommend .

I want to commend your team for a job well done. From my 1st contact marking the street where the job would occur, 2nd contact posting “no parking signs” 3rd commencing work. The team took time in each situation to answer any questions I had. Work started in the morning and I was informed specifically where the work would occur as it was directly in front of my driveway. They laid a tarp/cover over my pavers which I appreciated greatly. This team worked cohesively throughout the entire project. As a previous facility mgr and homeowner I am impressed with their diligence to get complete the project in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
