Above and Beyond on Christmas Eve

Today a formidable Weeks team of 2 showed up on our property... and we could not have been more pleasantly surprised! Today is Christmas Eve and we were sure we would be spending Christmas in a hotel, no running water will do that to you.

Thank you so very very much! We are here, have running water for the first time in months and are celebrating Christmas in our own house : )

Incredible experience with Izzy last night and Kevin this morning. Called emergency line cause our well was not priming after the "Great Blackout of 2019". He queued us for the next morning and Kevin had water but 915am! Yahoo! Thank you Weeks.

Service was great. The technician knew what was wrong when I described the issue. He was right. The parts came in a timely fashion, the technician did prep while waiting for parts and the price I have been told is reasonable. Thank you Weeks!

Both of my house has been using them for while. Last week my house need a new plumbing water treatment and they worked on my house. And they were always picking up there calls when I call them. Izzy was very helpful, Randy took care of his business and Matt manager. Was very professional and knowledgeable!! And that front lady was so polite and helpful.

They show up as promised and do a good job. They service our pump equipment and also our filtration... two separate departments and they are efficient. They always send out great technicians.. We really like Weeks.

The night other night we suddenly discovered we had no water in our house. I checked our holding tank, and it was empty. Did we need a new pump? Had our well run dry? I called Weeks at 10:30 p.m., expecting a menu and a chance to leave a message at best. Instead, after two rings, Tyler picked up the phone. I told him our problem. He promised to have someone at our home the next morning between 8 and 9 a.m. Kevin showed up promptly on Sunday morning. Within an hour, he had solved our problem and water was once again flowing into our holding tank.
My daughter and her husband, who I hadn't seen for almost a year because of Covid19, showed up at about 11 and we had an excellent two day visit -- with plenty of water.
I want to thank Kevin, Tyler, and your whole Weeks team. We couldn't have asked for better service. You have lifetime customers with us!
