At one point I was doing 3 projects with CVEAS in past 1.5 year, 2 Gas stations and 1 professional dental/medical building.
CVEAS team is very disorganized
No attention to detail
No Follow up's with county departments
If you do some change they will treat you its your fault, even you are paying them to make the change in the plans, they don't even have good architects on board, they sub out all the things to different people and nothing gets done.
My first gas station plans have so many issues that my contractor has to figure all things out by himself, which costed me additional in change orders.
I am building other projects and found better architect firm who are responsive.
They wont share your CAD drawings with you.
