I do not recommend this pool company...the owner Debbie is very unprofessional, doesn't wear a mask when coming to your door, yells and has a bad temper, and complains about having to clean the pool that they are being payed to clean...they clearly don't understand how wind and weather work in the real world...stay away from this company...any other business will be a better option...awful customer service!

What business person comes to a person's home that they are being paid to provide a service to knocks on the door and when the person opens the door starts the conversation in a harsh elevated tone that you are calling the owner about a pool situation without saying "hi" and calmly asking what the situation is...instead you come to my door without a mask in a derrogatoty and accusatory tone "threatening" to call the owner that we are ruining the equipment...you have no idea of what the situation was for the pump to be turned off...your employee that is responsible to look after all the equipment on his previous visit should have come and asked about the pool situation...after his visit I assumed he turned the pump back on after servicing it...instead he skimmed the pool added chemicals and left...this is the 3rd time since my family has moved in here that you have treated us disrespectful and raised your voice at my wife and I...
As far as calling your office manager I did call after I came home to my wife in tears because she was just verbally berated by you...I was angry and did use a harsh word or 2 but I did not call anyone any names or use profanity in any person direction...I used a curse word to emphasize a point I did hang the phone up after I made my point...but as for slamming the phone down...that is ridiculous, lol, I have a cell phone and its a button so there is no sound on your end when the connection is lost...I have no problem apologizing to your office manager for using harsh language...

You told mandy that you already spent an hour reprogramming the pool pump and that the bill would make the owner angry...(lie)
You left the property without even checking on the equipment because it was still off...

Clear Image was able to get me a very hard to find replacement item at quite a fair price. Friendly and helpful staff. Their liquid chlorine is the best price around too. Highly recommend!!
