Lerman has been taking care of our appliances for over ten years. They've kept things working that have long passed their supposed life expectancy. Vitaly and his boys are great in all the ways you'd want them to be. I wouldn't call anyone else.

If I could give them 100 stars, I would!!! From the very first call, where I spoke to Polina and then the owner, Vitali called me back to find out what we needed, the experience was the best! Our Samsung refrigerator ice maker was malfunctioning, and he sent out Ilya, who was so knowledgable and caring. He knew all about the problems with Samsung ice makers and was trained and very skilled. It was obvious he really likes his job and takes pride in his work. After having terrible experiences with other companies, Lerman Appliance, Inc exceeded our expectations!!!

After communicating with three unhelpful companies in an attempt to find a repair service for our dishwasher, Lehrman Appliances was a breath of fresh air. The office staff was cheerful and friendly, and the technician (who is one of the owners) was prompt, courtesy and knowledgeable about how to remedy the problem. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.
