Our stove board didn't work correctly; Felix helped us. He is very knowledgable and ordered a new board. And it was fixed. I just wanted to say Thanks!

The door of our 10 year old LG refrigerator was not always closing properly. I got Felix's contact information from the LG website list of preferred service providers.
Felix was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and advise that the necessary part was no longer available from LG. After a call to LG to confirm that there was no substitute part available, I updated Felix to see if he had any other suggestions.
Felix came by my house and looked at the unit. And while he wasn't able to fix the door (no fault of his!) he gave me some suggestions to help extend the life of the door as is so we don't have to buy a new refrigerator yet. All this and he didn't charge me a dime for the visit.
Hopefully our refrigerator will keep chugging along for a while. But if it doesn't, I'll definitely be calling Felix.
