Had a major remodel in my house just before Thanksgiving. Because of the holiday season the city gave me hell with permits and inspections. I had to finish everything before Christmas and I was desperate. It took me a while to research and find good electricians until I found Ross from Electric Universe. I don;t know what he did, but he managed to do the impossible and finish my electrical list including dealing with all the city's paperwork and bureaucracy. I thought I would never get my remodel in time! I am so glad Ross and his guys stepped in. Now I can truly enjoy our holidays with our new remodeled house! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Friendly, helpful, speedy electricians. We had a problem with the circuit for our master bathroom ceiling lights tripping out and Ross found the cause and sorted it out for us. Also - quick response and appointment the next day, not the next week. Recommended!

I found Ross on Angies list and he was as good as it gets! I called him on Thursday for a piano that was from France and didn't plug in properly and by Tuesday the plug was received and working!! Ross at Electric Universe asked me for a photo of the item and plug then proceeded to send me a link on Amazon of what I needed to buy. The plug worked!! When another plug I bought without knowing his advice did not. HE is great on all levels and the price was inexpensive. I highly recommend Ross and Electric Universe and will come back to him when needed. He also recommended a 500 watt plug for my wine fridge from FRANCE. I feel confident that he knows what he is doing and when the plug it arrives it will work. I am pleased. Couldn't be better.

This was not the first time we've called Ross for his expertise and guidance. I first met Ross when I needed an electrician for inspections on a couple apartment buildings I manage. He and his crew came in, were extremely professional and got the job done fast and right the first time.

About a year later, I needed him to rewire a good portion of our house because the individual we hired to remodel the kitchen didn't know what he was doing and all our breakers kept tripping.

And now he was our first and only call to install a new home charging station for our 2 new vehicles, one hybrid and one electric vehicle. Works great, looks nice and clean. Ross sent out Al to do the install and we gotta say, Al ROCKS!

We had our security cameras installed by Ross at Electric Universe in Sherman Oaks. We were so glad that we found him. He did a clean job made sure that we were 100% satisfied. From the initial consultation to finally teaching us how to use the system, he was on the spot! His wiring and set up is clean, he makes sure to not leave a mess. He walks you through the process and doesn't fool around and waste time. He even came back on a Sunday to set the app on our phones, answer all our questions, and make adjustments to the camera placement after we changed our minds. As a bonus he even fixed our home electric wiring with our lights, just because he's a great guy! Trust me people, I called around and got quotes from 4 other places before Ross. That was a waste of time. Just give Ross a call. Don't waste time with others. Ross won't over play you and he'll give you the fairest quote out there. If you want 100% satisfaction then give Ross a call.

Before starting any remodeling, I told them that they had to check the electricity and the plumbing on their new property, the house was old and we promised to help them with all of the remodeling finances.
