I contacted them, set up an appointment. Their contractor, Bar, was on time and was quite professional. I needed kitchen counters and a sink. He gave me a very reasonable and affordable price. I asked him quite a few questions and he addressed all my concerns. I was very pleased with him and inquired about other renovations I had in mind. He gave me reasonable advice and prices. What I especially liked was that he was not pushy nor condescending - which some are because I’m a female. He also kept in touch. Unfortunately an unrelated issue came up and I put the work on hold for the moment. However, I definitely will use them when I continue with the renovation. I highly recommend them!

Had an appointment with Bar from BD Home renovation and he filed to show. This is a one hour drive for me one way to my commercial property. this failing to show wasted 2 hours of my day.

I allowed a reschedule of the missed appointment to this past Sunday, a very valuable day for me. Once again Bar failed to show on time and when he finally showed up, he was 1 hour late.

This in itself would be bad but on the heels of standing his client up earlier, I would expect him to be waiting for me when I pulled up.

I allowed him to rewrite an estimate for some construction and paintwork and thought he would be expedient to make up for his punctuality shortcomings, but I sit here in front of my computer with no emails from this company.

Needless to say, I'm probably not going to be doing business with a. company who I cannot depend on.

This was a much better experience than many of my past renovations for both my business and home. I can't recommend them enough.
