I learned that using the steam setting on the dryer makes the lint wet and very heavy. My own shop vac was not strong enough to pull the clog out. Weinstein Vent Services in Sherman Oaks came to the rescue. They used a special vacuum designed for moisture and removed all the wet lint that was stuck in the line. Great equipment and great service.

I hired Weinstein Vent Services for dryer vent cleaning because my dryer was taking ages to dry my clothes. The technician came at the appointed time and gave an explanation of what he was doing in a non-confusing manner. He removed a ridiculous amount of lint from the vent that I never would have expected to be there, which was good because it meant that calling was justified. My dryer completed a full load in less time than it had previously. Overall, super simple and a stress-free experience.
