Thank you Capital Aire Systems!!! We are so glad Darrell came out to do our service today and discovered our fan motor was not working! We knew something was wrong, and he found it! He had barely left here and I got the call, that the new part had been ordered! That's customer service!!!

I called for service this morning, and Darryl arrived at my door within 2 hours. I'm very thankful I have CAS for my Heating and Air.

Jeremiah and Jake had great communication and were very helpful in sharing their knowledge with me. CAS has been very responsive when we purchased our new home and answer my questions over the phone.

I highly recommend this company. Everyone from the owner who contacted me over the holidays, the office staff Brittany who scheduled a technician to come out, to Darryl the technician who serviced my hvac system. All professional, top notch!!

Very happy with Capital Aire Systems! Always on time and a lead up to the appointment with texts or emails of their time of arrival. Service technicians are always courteous, respectful and knowledgeable of each unit we have in our home .

Darryl came this morning to check my Generac and was amazing as always! He is very thorough great at explaining things. He is the best!!!! 5 Star for sure!!!!

Daryl our repair guy was on time was very thorough and explained everything that needed to be done very impressed first time using them will definitely use them again.

Terrible experience with Capital Aire, do not use this company! They do not stand behind their service after a poor installation and only a couple months past the warranty period they refused to help and actually just left the job without any contact or follow up.

They also were supposed to work on the diy unit at our next door home. They agreed and sent a tech out. Upon arrival they said they do not work on diy units and then proceeded to charge a service call fee. I explained to the office on the phone the make model and issues with the unit when scheduling the appt and they did not inform me at the time about their unwillingness to service these units. Just a horrible experience all around :(

Capital Aire Systems provided rooftop removal and installation of a 5 ton Hvac unit with a high degree of knowledge and expertise. The total job took 11 hours over a 2 day period and was completed with total satisfaction.

Darryl has conducted routine inspections of our HVAC systems at different properties. Darryl is extremely competent, and knowledgeable about our HVAC unit. I feel very confident with the twice yearly maintenance Daryl and CAS provide.
June 2023 Update: I have a service plan with CAS so I deal with them twice a year for two properties. The service personnel (Darryl) and the office personnel are competent and able to provide clear explanations of the work completed and/or additional work needed. I am very satisfied with the company and their employees. Darryl is fabulous!
November 2023 Update: Ditto
June 2024 Update: Had a new HVAC unit installed. Switched from our old propane unit to a new, energy efficient heat pump because the propane was corroding the burners in our old propane unit, and there was a leak in the coolant which would have necessitated an expensive repair to an older unit. The CAS installers did a great job. Darryl came by today to install the replacement thermostats. We are really happy with the energy efficiency of this new unit. Once again, a job well done by all the people at CAS: Britney, Melissa, Darryl, and the two installers.

Great experience from the scheduler to the technician! Professional, on time, was able to quickly determine the problem AND had the parts on his truck to fix our A/C the same day!!!! Highly recommend CAS.

Capital Air Systems serviced my furnace and mini-splits today. Darryl Is always very conscientious and tells me all the details of the systems he inspected and adjusted. I continue to be very happy with their service.

My air conditioner quit working last night. I called Capital Aire this morning at 0800. They had my AC running by noon today,new capacitor and hard start relay, even took my outside radiator apart and cleaned all the mats of dog hair out. Great service, have used them for 20 years now.

I am very happy with Capital Aire. Daryl who serviced my ac is professional and courteous. He is efficient and helped me to understand more about using my thermostat effectively. A very good experience.

Darryl performed our annual heating servicing. On time, friendly & great job of informing us how each unit was performing. Needed a minor adjustment to keep the propane from using more that was needed! Appreciate the attention to the smallest detail.

I’ve had two technicians now come out for routine maintenance over the past year, 6 months apart, both Darryl and Tom. Really appreciated the professionalism of both and the time they took to speak with you, give updates and answer any questions.

We really appreciate Capital Aire Systems! They were able to come the same day for our air conditioning issues. Jake, the technician was very professional and friendly. We also had maintenance on our system and Daryl was professional and friendly.
