Merry Maids did a great job cleaning for my recent move in. Oven, refrigerator, closets and surfaces were all squeaky clean. Will be hiring again!

Johanna and Georgina came to deep clean my mom's house and they did and excellent job. They were on time, detailed and very friendly. Fankie in the office was very responsive and helped me to get scheduled quickly. I would highly recommend them and we will be using them again going forward.

Johanna and Maria were amazing! I just bought a new home and had construction done. They cleaned all my construction dust, deep cleaned my bathrooms, polished my stainless steel in the kitchen, and made my new floors fresh and shiny!

The team Joanna and Maria did a great job cleaning our new house, I was so grateful to have them come in and take care of the deep cleaning. We thought the house was pretty clean, but after they left, we realized how much we needed them. Glad that they were reasonably priced and so efficient.

Mariana and Corina have been coming to our residential treatment center in Pasadena for some time and they are always on time! Very respectful and professional. They do a great job in maintaining our house very clean. They always go above and beyond to make sure patients and staff have their space ready when needed. They are mindful when there are some clients that struggle with loud noises and warn us so we have enough time to let the clients know.

The two stars for being able to schedule a cleaning in short notice. So, I'm grateful for that. However, their quality of cleaning was very poor. I had no furniture yet, so I needed them to dust the floors and cabinets and wipe/clean the bathroom and kitchen. The place had already been cleaned before but the painters left dust. I was very displeased to witness the cleaners use the same rag for both the kitchen and bathroom and there were still a lot of dust in window sills and counter tops. They even asked for 30 more minutes so I approved it. I think they just sloppily wipe and don't go back to check. I also had to tell them twice to clean the toilet again because they keep missing spots. I feel like I have wasted my money and time. Attached are pictures after I wiped the window sill in the living room a couple minutes after they left. When I left my honest review on their internal review portal, they said their operations manager will reach out to me but it's been like 10 days and nobody ever reached out.

Used Merry Maids in the past with excellent results and this time was another awesome job performed. Thank you Johanna and Claudia for doing such a great job cleaning the house.We noticed you took pride in providing a great service and it showed. Upfront about costs and how it'd work. The maids asked clarifying questions which I greatly appreciated as someone new to these types of services. I prefer a thorough clean over a fast one, and they did just that! Absolutely will be calling back for future cleaning needs. (Deep clean, floors, windows and window sills, shelves, bathroom, toilet, shower, sink, kitchen, cupboards, stove, backsplash, and all the nooks and crannies.)
