When it comes to remodeling and construction work, things happen. For us, it all about how the contractor handles issues as they arise. Los Altos steps up and made sure we were satisfied every time we have used them. They are on time, polite, they listen, they clean up after themselves and do excellent work. We highly recommend them.

Los Altos Construction has done a wonderful job with our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The attention to detail was amazing all the way down to the board they put on our floor to avoid damage. I will be recommending them to all of our friends and neighbors.

We completely remodeled our kitchen using Los Altos services and were very happy with the results. We later decided to remodel all of the bathrooms in the house and since the kitchen turned out so well we once again turned to Los Altos. The bathrooms look great as well.

Last October My wife and I went out looking for a company to help us create our new modern up to date kitchen. So we went to visit Cindy at Home Depot in Lakewood for some fresh ideas, after an hour or so we decided to have Home Depot do the construction.

We had the opportunity to learn that a great company called LOS ALTOS CONSTRUCTION in Signal Hill is going to perform the job for us. Its now the first week of December and we are happy to tell you that Los Altos Costruction finished the job, it was the best decision ever!
I cant say enough for the kind of work they did from start to finish, the personal detail and professionals that spearheaded this operation was the best we have ever seen!

They were always courteous friendly & paid attention to detail in every facet of the job. At the end of the day the area they worked in was spotless!

The next day they were on time to your home. These guys took care of the plumbing, electrical, carpentry and permits with the city. The wait to have a new kitchen was soon a reality thanks to Home Depot and Los Altos Construction! We wish to thank them both for a job well done.

Just a sneak peek of our beautiful total kitchen remold. We are still adding a personal touch, new floor! new everything! Special thanks to Jacob and his team at Los Altos Construction. my husband and I are so so happy with the results but more importantly I am so happy to find a construction company who is just GREAT all around! Always on time, cleaned up the site daily, great communication and very nice. This company is really great so great that I tried to hirer them to do the rest of my pending projects. They specialize in Kitchen and Bath. So, I am currently negotiating a contract for my bathroom. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Los Altos did an amazing job installing our new office kitchen. The crew that did the install was very professional and attentive to every detail. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen.

I use Los Altos, Builders for the cabinets in the new ADU I built. They did a fabulous job, efficient clean, and did what they said. Couldn’t recommend them any higher.

Everyone I worked with at Los Altos was professional, competent, punctual, and pleasant to deal with. Coordination between Home Depot, Los Altos, and myself was seamless. The Los Altos folks were very helpful in making creative suggestions and pointing out and solving potential issues. I love my kitchen and the Los Altos team made sure everything met my requirements and standards. I highly recommend them and would use them again should the need arise.

Alejandro did an excellent job explaining the process upon arrival. Worked efficiently throughout the day and thoroughly cleaned afterwards. I was impressed. Very professional and courteous.

I fully agree with Zohar's assessment. The quality of work performed by Los Altos has been extremely poor. We experienced numerous issues during the project and continue to face problems due to their negligent and/or incompetent workmanship. We hired them through Home Depot for a complete kitchen and bathroom remodel, and the results have been deeply disappointing.

RUN RUN RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!Contracted through Home Depot for Kitchen cabinets measure & install. Extremely poor workmanship. Cabinets not secured to the wall, crown molding crooked at the ceiling per never advised by the incompetent owner Kevin who performed the measure that my ceilings were uneven. In addition the one man team installer installed over 80% of the hardware (cabinet handles) on crooked or uneven and not to mention SEXUALLY harassed me on the day of the pathetic & horrific install.
**Complaint and summon prepared. Will file on Monday. Look up the case before contracting with this company*** Thank me later.

Los Altos couldn’t be more profession . The owner followed up and kept me informed promptly and addressed any issues or question i had .The owner came up with solutions and was able to clarify many technical questions. Would hire again . Sabine

We did major kitchen remodeling with wall demolition, expansion, re-doing closets, piping, electricity and installation of all equipment and cabinets. Overall, it was very good experience. Contractor and the team were competent, organised and nice people. Everything went smooth. They were trying hard. They did more than they were supposed and were asking, what else they could help with. Very clean job, very professional. Thank you, Los Altos. Strongly recommend.

Such nice people,easy to work with, even when delays happen. Very satisfied with the work done and how they explained everything. One of the grab bars that needed to be installed didn’t have the required screws. This installation required a special trip and when they could only install one of the bars, I expected to pay an additional trip charge to install the second one! They were gracious enough to not charge me! That meant a lot to me because the reason for it is because my husband has Parkinson’s and needs to steady himself when getting into and out of the shower! Happy to recommend this company!

Los Altos construction has the best customer service of any company I have ever worked with. I had my kitchen remolded over 2 years ago and had a minor leak under my sink recently. I called Jacob and he sent his employee over the next day and fixed the problem. They are reliable and great workers that are dependable and very efficient. I will definitely be recommending this company to all my friends. Number 1 in my opinion!!!
