We’ve worked with Skyworks unlimited on washing windows and our exterior building maintenance on several of the mid rise buildings we manage and we are always impressed. They exceed our expectations every time. They wash the windows safely and efficiently, are detail oriented and the team is friendly and enthusiastic. These guys totally rock! Highly recommend.

I called Skyworks for an estimate to clean my windows and tracks at my condo in Long Beach after calling several other companies. All of them said it was to difficult and they were unable to do it. Fortunately Skyworks said it was no problem and got it done. They were punctual, friendly, efficient and the work was perfect. They were very easy to work with and I felt very comfortable with them in my home. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys. Great job!

Had a neighbor recommend Skyworks Unlimited! They came and did our windows in Belmont Shore Long Beach. The guys were total gentleman and did excellent work. They cleaned our windows and even the screens. They worked quickly and efficiently. I would recommend to anyone looking to get their windows cleaned. They even did the high up hard to reach windows.

This team did an amazing job! I hadn’t had my windows clean in four years. They were detailed and went above and beyond. They also let me know where I had some termite damage, and the gas seal on some of my windows was beginning to show signs of age as they went, not afterwards. Our stain glass is tricky to clean and now it looks stunning! Not to mention they got rid of lots of spiderwebs! I really appreciated how detailed they were. I would recommend them to anyone.

Skyworks Unlimited recently completed a full service commercial window cleaning and exterior building maintenance project for our mid-rise office building, and we are absolutely thrilled with the results!
From the initial quote to final inspection, the entire experience was professional and seamless.

Professionalism and Expertise was great! Charles led the team and was outstanding! They were professional and arrived on time, and were incredibly respectful of our business operations. We have some difficult to reach windows, but their crew was highly trained and certified in rope access techniques (SPRAT and IRATA certified), making the job look easy, and most importantly, safe.

The attend to detail is meticulous and how I'd describe their work ethic. The windows are so clean it literally looks like open glass! Beyond the windows, they pressure washed the walkways restoring the entire exterior to like-new condition. They even took the initiative to point out potential future problem areas, like the window chalking - which shows they truly care about property maintenance, not just a quick clean. They went above any beyond for us!

My HOA was complaining about my dirty roof – – I live near the beach and the mold and mildew, both black stuff and white stuff, buildup, especially on the north side of my house. So, with winter rains also on the way I decided that I should get my roof cleaned, and I found Skyworks Unlimited by their great Google reviews.

I now realize why the reviews are so great! Charles and William showed up at my house full of enthusiasm to get at it! They also had no fear of running around on my lower and higher roof lines, which is exactly what I don’t want to do.

These guys worked so hard over long days to clean my roof, to clean the house paint, especially on the north side, and on my chimneys where black mildew had built up.

In addition to that, they cleaned all my windows, my garage door and my front door, and even my skylights in the high roof. After that, they went the extra mile to re-caulk my skylights inside and out to ensure that they were watertight. Throughout all of this, Charles and William never flagged in their enthusiasm for doing a great job.

I couldn’t be happier with the result; my house is so clean that it looks like it has had a makeover! Skyworks Unlimited are true professionals!
