I needed a quick testing of my 6500 sq ft office. Velo Air was recommended by a good friend. I called them. They were quick and responsive, with a great price. I'll be sure to use again at one of my other 23 offices.

We call Velo Air for the come out and check out air duct for the free inspection. After the inspection we setup the cleaning of the duct and are very happy with the results. We are now working with on a price to replace and clean the attic insulation. Thank you

I can not say enough about VeloAir. I am a mold inspector, the owner of Mold Detection SoCal and a retired Design Build Contractor. I know homes. Duct cleaning is always coming up for many of my clients. I always recommended VeloAir for this service. They are the best in their field. On time, very responsive and fair pricing. I cant say enough good things about velo air. Theire air duct cleaning service is second to none. To start Melissa was very patient with me and went out of her way to help me schedule my appointment 😀 Their techs Edgar and Yurandi were puntual (which is super important due to my hectic schedule) super polite, clean and extremely thorough to make sure my air ducts where really clean. After cleaning they showed me with a digital camera how clean they left them, spotless. im very impressed and i will definitely will be using them again. Thanks again!

My house was always dusty no matter how much I cleaned, which caused me to have allergies ALL the time. I decided to hire someone to come check my air vents to see if maybe they were clogged. I called 3 different companies (one didn't show up and the other just felt "off" or inexperienced - felt like they were just trying to make a quick buck with a handheld vacuum(?!?)).

The third company was Velo Air. The rep went into my vents with a camera, and took pictures/video. He showed me everything that had accumulated (yuk) and explained several options based on his observations. I picked one of his recommendations and got it done. Their equipment was impressive. They used a machine mounted to their truck. Very professional. Now, my house is clean and I'm no longer suffering from yearlong allergies! (It made all the difference and saved me $$ on doctor visits for my allergies that wouldn't go away.) Couldn't be happier!

I recently hired Velo Air because they were recommended by a good friend of mine who had services done by this company. The company’s commitment to quality and customer service won me over. Let me tell you Velo Air Inc. they are professional, punctual, and knowledgeable in what they do.

I needed all my air ducts cleaned, sanitized the grills, and tuned up on my AC/ Furnace.
They briefed us on what they were going to do and explained things along the way when we had questions. We learned a lot about our HVAC system thanks to them. They even showed us before and after pictures of our ducts.

I have to say, it's rare to find a company that will stand behind its work and guarantees customer satisfaction. Velo Air Inc. did just that and demonstrated the integrity of the company. You want a company that does the right thing and goes the extra mile to ensure you get the quality you pay for. For this reason, Velo Air Inc. earns a 5-star review from me and repeat customer in the future.

Great service and professional! Edgar and Filiberto are friendly and attentive. They performed pro AC duct cleaning and kept everything neat. They worked carefully and kept us in the loop about what they do. Mellisa who works on scheduling communicated well and very patiently. Many people don’t realize how dirty their ac duct is. DO NOT RECOMMEND: I wish I could give a negative rating. I hired VeloAir for air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning (including moving the stacked dryer), and sofa and area rug cleaning for my townhouse in downtown Long Beach. The process was explained by two project managers, pics where taken and a detailed quote was provided (attached for transparency). The area rug was supposed to be taken to their office for cleaning and returned the next day.

On the scheduled day, only one man and a lady showed up. Moving the dryer was physically demanding, but the paired team didn’t help. They vacuumed the dryer filter and cleaned the surface, which I could’ve done myself. The promised job of moving the stacked dryer and cleaning behind the dryer vent pipe was not completed. They did not communicate before starting the job that they do not plan to move stacked drier. I had to intervene and show them their commitment in writing.

When I called the office, Melissa (the coordinator) refused to take accountability and insisted I pay for the technicians on-site, not the work promised. She also made excuses about the rug cleaning, claiming they needed to confirm cleaning instructions—despite the project managers having already inspected it and provided a quote. Frustrating!

Even the sofa cleaning was poorly executed—no blowers were brought to dry it, as initially promised. To top it off, Melissa attempted to charge $375 for just the sofa cleaning, when the quote was $410 for both the sofa and rug cleaning.

Overall, the service was oversold and underdelivered. I took a day off from work to get this job done but I lost my pay and work also did not get done. Melissa and this company was unhelpful, falsely selling, and focused on making money instead of addressing their mistakes. They wasted my time. Stay away from this company.

Velo Air provided great service! They were neat, timely and stick to the agreed price. Melissa was always available to answer my questions. They cleaned my ducts, cleaned, fogged and sanitized my entire house and installed new insulation in the attic. Their team was very knowledgeable.

Velo Air was highly recommended to me to get my air ducts cleaned. I've had horrible experiences in the past with bad or unskilled contractors so the first thing I did was check their license with the state contractors board. They are licensed and they have no complaints. I then called them and asked them questions regarding the services I was looking for. They were straightforward, and offered to do a "visual inspection" which made me comfortable to schedule an appointment. They came and went through everything, showed me the inside of my ducts. I can't believe I didn't get them cleaned sooner. Velo Air did a fantastic job and I couldn't be happier.

During this past week I had two attics cleaned , new insulation installed in both attics and my ducts cleaned by a VeloAir crew. Edgar and his crew were awesome. I wish I could say the same about their billing / contract department. I’ve received numerous online requests to sign contacts online AFTER I signed hard copies with Edgar. The requests kept coming despite paying on time with the agreed upon amount. Frustrating. Review would have been 5 stars based on Edgar’s work ethic alone. The front office needs help.

Velo Air from start to finish was a wonderful company to work with. We needed to replace ducting that was 10+ years old and ran into some hiccups on our end that delay the process. Velo Air was understanding through every part and we both kept each other updated as things went along, making things easier for both parties.

The crew that did the installation of our heating and AC units were awesome people all around. Friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and clean. There weren't any messes at the end of the day which was a relief. They brought up recommendations to me and what they thought would be a good course of action during the installation as well, so keeping me in the loop was another positive.

All in all I'd 100% use them again if the need every arises and recommend them.

Edgar is a very kind, professional man. His crew came in and focused on the job in a timely manner. I had them clean my air ducts along with changing the insulation. I give this company a 5 star. I am glad we found you guys. Oh and Melissa, thank you for your kindness and professionalism as well.

Velo Air came to my house in Long Beach and did a great job cleaning my parents air ducts and dryer vents highly recommended them if you need air duct cleaning like we did. Our vents had black stuff coming out and the inside was pretty nasty too!
