Charlie did a great job installing a new pressure regulator and replacing the shutoff valves in my water main and irrigation lines. He was very efficient and friendly and I'm very happy with the quality of his work. My family and friends have been using Primo Plumbing for years and will continue to call them when we need plumbing work.

I cannot say enough about the easy, comfortable and fantastic experience I had with a full plumbing replacement job from Primo Plumbing. I mean it was done a day early. The three workers, Stephen, Aaron, and Charlie were so kind and professional. It was a full 4 days and even with all the work being done I felt in capable hands. Even my dog wasn’t bothered and loved having them everyday. The work was so well done. Look. They have to open up walls but they did it in perfect squares. Making the patch work even easier and cheaper. They were consistent on showing up on time and keeping me informed about the times that water was shut off. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!! And I do not give out recommendations easily.

Primo Plumbing did an outstanding job fixing a broken pipe at a house I was working on in Long Beach. The leak was providing a water source for the rats we had been dealing with, so getting it repaired was a huge step toward solving the problem.

Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. I really appreciated their teamwork and the way they handled everything with care. The repair was completed quickly, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Aaron was absolutely amazing! I scheduled my appointment and they came out same day to replace my water heater. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable, professional, efficient and explained everything to me. Would absolutely recommend Primo plumbing and definitely request Aaron again in the future!

I want to thank Henry and his team Miguel & moises for a great job!! and a hard one too. I had a foul odor coming from under my house. The SERVPRO of Northwest long Beach's team are absolute professionals. We had an emergency flood in our businesses building called them right away. They showed up within an hour and a few days later is was as if nothing had even happened. These guys really helped us through a stressful situation.

I had a major water damage when I called the Servpro team. To make the matter more complicated, I was having some friends over for the next weekend. The team started drying the place immediately. They were very knowledgeable and courtious. In no time the place wS back to normal. They saved the day.

Unfortunately we had a pipe leak in our home, after contacting a couple of restoration companies, Henry was able to get a crew out immediately to my home & extract the water. I would totally be using Servpro of Northwest LB in the future.
