Reviews of local pros in Silverado, California

Specialized Tree Care & Landscape has provided seamless and professional service to us on an annual basis for the past 20 years. From the initial consultation to final cleanup, their expertise, punctuality, and pruning artistry are exceptional. We highly recommend them.

Specialized Tree Care is a wonderful choice for all of your tree trimming needs. They have trimmed our trees for over 20 years and they are consistently outstanding. Their crews are knowledgeable and friendly. Their prices are extremely fair. We highly recommend this company.

I can’t speak highly enough of Andrew and his entire team. Our landscape design was created by landscape designer Lisa Strong, with whom Andrew works closely. After reviewing her plans, Andrew assured me they could execute the vision—and they absolutely delivered. Throughout the project, Andrew was consistently present, keeping me informed and promptly responding to any questions.

The scope of work included a wide variety of plantings, olive trees, and a beautifully designed dry creek. Once everything had time to grow in, we hired the team again for trimming and maintenance. We regularly receive compliments from neighbors and passersby, many of whom stop to ask questions or even take photos for inspiration.

If you’re looking for high-quality work at a fair price, I highly recommend scheduling a consultation.

I’ve used Santa Margarita Construction several times for work needed at my condo. They have replaced my floors, painted, repaired drywall, installed fixtures, etc. They always do a great job and give great pricing. Will definitely use them again in the future and recommend you do as well.

Rey's team at Santa Margarita Construction was absolutely fantastic! I've never experienced such efficiency with a contractor before. Not only were they on time, but they even beat their estimated projection, completing the repiping of our house from old galvanized piping to PEX in just 5 days instead of the projected 10. Their ability to avoid disturbing the tiles we requested to keep intact with creative drywall cuts was impressive. Additionally, Rey's pricing was very reasonable compared to the 6 other quotes we received. Thank you, Rey, for such a smooth and efficient experience. We'll definitely be reaching out for future projects!

Rey and his team work excellently on my home projects that are too big for me to do on my own.
He’s converted two garages into beautiful office and lounge spaces.
Revitalized a pantry into a beautiful walk in with lighting and outlets.

In my previous home he completely renovated my kitchen and living room that required relocated a fireplace.

He’s also worked on 4 bathrooms of mine, one of which was our master bath, that he turned into spa like quality.

He’s affordable, kind, responsive, and a good communicator.
When I have another project I will give him a call and you should too!

Rey has done amazing work, from flooring to remodeling a bathroom. Everything he does has been very professional. He takes pride in his works and wants to make sure you are happy with his work too. Any time we are looking to update something in our house Rey is our guy.
