Chris was professional, timely, and quickly diagnosed the problem. I appreciate that he didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need. He even, invited me to watch what he was doing , and talked me through everything. Finding a service technician you can trust feels harder and harder to do these days, but I’ve found my guy!
