Richter specialty construction did TI on my medical office. I am very happy with everything. Eric was very professional and explained to me every step of the way. I would highly recommend to everyone who needs any construction job.

I opened my salon in 2019 and had the BEST experience with Eric and his team. Being female and in a new business I was nervous to take on such a large project with no experience. Eric was patient, fair and explained every cost to me. He had design suggestions that I didn’t even know were possible, and really understands the permitting process/ dealing with the city. I never once had to ask him ‘what’s the hold up’- he was on top of the timeline the entire project and has great communication skills. (Something 99% of contractors do not have) 2 years later my space is perfect, had zero problems, and Eric still returns my calls when I didn’t know how to fix something simple, like plugging in an exhaust fan I asked him to unplug. My only complaint is that he doesn’t do residential property! 10/10 would absolutely use him and his team again

Eric and his team built my medical office back in 2018. He did an amazing job from the materials used to the timeframe the job was completed. I still get compliments on the workmanship to this day.

The best thing is that he still now 3 years later comes and fixes things that go wrong and touches up areas of paint/flooring as needed. Highly recommend and I will definitely be using him my future commercial projects.

Eric did an awesome job building my dental office. He gave me ideas even on interior design and small details. I get complements of my office all the time from my patients. He knew even how to work with my SBA loan paper work.
I would definitely recommend Eric Ritcher for any type of construction from scratch or remodeling.

I do not recommend!! They are not honest at all and are not respectful. Their customer service is very rude and in the end they charged me more than the amount we agreed on. Very bad service I don’t recommend at all. I was not happy with the what they did.

As a commercial property manager, I have relied on the services provided by Conquest for several years. They can always be relied on for quality work in a timely fashion.

This company is absolutely the best. Very friendly staff with a lot of knowledge behind each one of them. I’m a very picky customer and people tend to get annoyed with the work I need done, but not these guys. They got everything I need exactly done ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend going to them.

Conquest handled ALL the repairs to my garage, house and the retaining wall. Their work was impeccable and timely! I would strongly recommend them for any work you need done.

I am extremely pleased at the work that Conquest Construction has done. Jim built a guest house and it came out perfect. I would highly recommend this company to any friend or anyone looking for quality results.

Jim at Conquest GBC is tops! He remodelled and expanded our new kitchen and we are thrilled with his work. Actually being in the pandemic was somewhat of a dream having our gorgeous new kitchen floors, beautiful large windows, stunning cabinetry and new appliances. Jim was hands on everyday. We almost think of him like family! 5 stars for Conquest GBC♥️

If you see Conquest GBC, or Jim Korkunis heading in your direction, run for your life. The man is a crook, a liar, and a fraudster.
Took my money, did some shoddy work, and with little work done abandoned the job with the property torn up and trashed. But even then he was not done, he threatened to lien my home if I did not send him even more money.

Having completed less than 25% of the contracted work, and having already extracted by duress, most of the total amount of the contract, this Smuck just leaned my home for an additional $53,000, stating that “ I am just looking out for my economic interests.” Despite his response her that he was willing to meet and confer about this, that is just one more Korkunis lie. His actual statement in writing was that if I did not immediately agree to just pay him another $53,000 that he would ABANDON THE JOHe had already demanded, under continuing threats of never finishing the job, and continuing to g himself as many extensions as he wanted to, far more money than he was entitled to for the work done. He literally told me that it was his job to send his demands for payment, and it was my job just to write the checks.
Since he abandoned the job, leaving my property severely damaged, l have had numerous professionals on the property in regard to finishing the job. Each has commented that the work that actually was in process was sub standard, unprofessional, and substantial portions non code compliant. In fact the people who specialize in concrete work, state that they will need to charge me extra to remove the Korkunis sub standard non code compliant shoddy work before they can then do the work properly.
At this point in time I have sent a more than 100 page report, extensive photographic evidence, and all of the bank records to the California State Contractors Licensing Board for disciplinary action. I do not want anyone else to fall victim to this con man.
I have also retained a Construction Defects attorney and will be filing a lawsuit to recover the money that he has taken from me, provide for the extensive damage that he has caused to my property, and hopefully punitive damages, to punish him for his outrageous conduct, and to deter him fro victimizing others.
Let’s let a judge and a jury decide who is telling the truth here.
But for now, I will close, as I opened, this man is a liar, a thief, a con man, and a fraudster. If you see Jiim Korkunis or Conquest GBC heading in your direction, run.
