Integrity Comfort Systems

A/c unit was not blowing cold air anymore so needed maintenance. Scheduled appt online and Was notified via text when service tech would be at my house. I got a call from Julie stating the tech was close and could be at my house sooner. Great! Jared showed up. Was here about 45 minutes checking out the equipment. I found out my unit was 30 years old and would cost a couple thousand to fix. I asked about pricing for a new system and he said he was going to call the office to have someone come to my house. Mike showed up about 20 minutes later. Checked out the equipment and saw pictures/got info from Jared also. He went over options and I was happy to here they offered financing. Chose the system and was approved for the install. Mike was quick to get install appointment the following week. A 4-man crew showed up on time and worked hard on getting it installed and tested correctly. They were so careful every time going in/out the door not to let my dog out. They placed covers on the floor and on their boots. Very professional honest company and highly recommend to all!

Troy did a phenomenal job again. He's so kind and caring and you can tell that he puts that into his work. I couldn't be happier with the service. The company is also very efficient.

Mike was great. He spent a lot of time explaining the benefits of different A/C systems and he was very knowledgeable and accommodating to my questions.
