My energy bills dropped significantly after they insulated my attic. Best home improvement decision.

I live off Cochran and the traffic noise from the 118 has always bled through my ceiling, especially at night. I originally called Thermal Nest for energy savings but the noise reduction has been life-changing. They air-sealed every ceiling penetration and added dense cellulose. The freeway hum is maybe half as loud now. I sleep through the night without waking up. The crew was respectful, wore booties, and cleaned up every speck of dust. Worth every penny.

These experts transformed our drafty, energy-inefficient house. They didn't just add insulation; they performed meticulous air sealing first, explaining how stopping air movement is the most critical step. The crew was clean, courteous, and answered all our questions. The improvement is not just in temperature consistency but also in how solid and quiet the house feels. It's clear they take great pride in creating a comfortable and efficient home environment.

I was initially worried about the mess, but the Thermal Nest team took great care to protect our floors and hallways. They did an amazing job sealing up all the gaps and air leaks in our attic. It feels so much cozier in the winter now, and we are saving so much on energy costs. Thank you!

I called Thermal Nest Insulation of Simi Valley after my summer electric bill hit $460 and I knew something had to change. I'm near Royal Avenue and my upstairs has always been impossible to cool. The estimator came out same week, spent real time in my attic, and found gaps around my ductwork and recessed lights that were just dumping conditioned air into the roof. The crew sealed everything first, then blew in R-38 cellulose. My master bedroom dropped from 85 to 76 the next day. My August bill was down nearly $80. These guys know Simi Valley homes and I'm telling all my neighbors.

We hired Thermal Nest to remove old, dirty insulation and install new blown-in material. From the free estimate to the final walkthrough, the experience was seamless. They are true professionals who take pride in their work. If you live in Simi Valley and need insulation work, these are the people to call.

I couldn't be happier with the service from Thermal Nest. The team was punctual, professional, and worked efficiently to get our attic insulated. We’ve already noticed a huge difference in our home’s temperature regulation, and our first utility bill was significantly lower. Highly recommend them to anyone in Simi Valley!

My grandmother lives alone in her Simi Valley home near the Reagan Library and her heating bill was absolutely crushing her fixed income. I called Thermal Nest and explained her situation. They came out within two days, gave her a senior discount without me even asking, and had the whole attic done in one morning. The foreman was incredibly patient, answered all her questions, and even fixed her loose attic hatch. Her gas bill dropped almost 40% and she finally feels warm in her own home. Thank you for treating her with such kindness.

Thermal Nest Insulation helped me with the SoCalGas rebate and saved me over $300. They handled every piece of paperwork, took all the required before and after photos, and submitted everything for me. I literally just signed one form. My attic is now properly insulated, my house is comfortable, and my wallet is happier. That kind of customer service is incredibly rare and I really appreciate it.

We had a fantastic experience. After another contractor gave us a vague estimate, Thermal Nest provided a science-based assessment and a crystal-clear proposal. The installation team was prompt, professional, and worked diligently with minimal disruption. They focused on the details, like sealing around every penetration and ensuring baffles were properly installed for airflow. The improvement in our home's performance is dramatic and immediate. This is a company that does things the right way.

Finally an insulation company in Simi that actually answers the phone and shows up when they say they will. I called Thermal Nest based on a Nextdoor recommendation and they exceeded every expectation. The owner came out personally, gave me a fair quote, and his team was on time, professional, and tidy. They laid down plywood walkways in my attic so they wouldn't step through the drywall. My house near Madera is finally comfortable and my energy bill is the lowest it's been in years. Highly recommend.

After dealing with scorching hot summers for years, we finally called Thermal Nest Insulation. What a game-changer! The crew was incredibly respectful of our property, cleaned up every speck of dust, and explained the entire process to us. Our house stays cool now without the AC running constantly. Five stars!

I manage a small rental property in Simi Valley and I've used Thermal Nest for two units now. They are consistently reliable, fairly priced, and the tenants always tell me how much more comfortable the units are after the work is done. The last job was a top-up on an old attic that had settled badly. They showed up exactly when they said they would, finished in a few hours, and didn't leave a single piece of debris. If you own rentals in Simi, put these guys in your phone.

From the first call to the final walkthrough, everything was handled with the utmost integrity and expertise. The quote was detailed and transparent, the crew was exceptionally skilled and polite, and the results speak for themselves. Our home in Simi Valley is now a sanctuary of consistent comfort. The attention to detail in their air sealing and insulation work is what sets them apart. I give Thermal Nest my highest recommendation for anyone looking to seriously upgrade their home's efficiency and comfort.
