The plumbers who came to fix my leak were very friendly, respectful, and knew what they were doing. The price was a little higher than I expected, but I didn’t have to worry about doing the repair myself. I noticed that they don’t have set appointment times, instead they schedule jobs based on different areas and send a crew out when they’re nearby. When it was my turn, a great team led by Randall showed up and got the job done quickly and professionally. I’ve called them twice now and both times my plumbing issues were handled really well. It usually takes about 9 or 10 days from when I call to when they arrive, which is understandable since my area doesn’t seem to have as many service calls. Overall, I’m happy with the quality of the work and will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

I've relied on these plumbers for every job since my house was remodeled. Whether it’s a minor leak or a big project, they handle everything with skill and care. Most recently, when my old tankless water heater stopped working, they gave me clear advice and options. Thomas, who checked out the problem, and Malachi, who led the installation team, really listened to my concerns. They removed my old boiler and water heater and put in a new, advanced combination unit. Throughout the process, they made sure I was comfortable and understood what was happening. Their plumbing knowledge and attention to detail gave me total confidence in their work. I highly recommend their services for anyone needing a trustworthy plumber.

I had a plumbing problem in my first floor bathroom right before a big family gathering in Simi Valley. I was told it might take a few days for help to arrive because of the holiday, which made me worry about the smell and inconvenience for my guests. Surprisingly, just a short while later, Thomas from T Top Plumbing Co. showed up at my door and said he couldn’t let us go through the holiday with a plumbing issue. He got straight to work, fixed the problem quickly, and left everything clean. I really appreciated how dedicated and efficient he was. I highly recommend them for their fast response and excellent service, especially when you need it most.
