Tree reviews in Simi Valley, California

Most everything went well. They came on time did a great job in the time estimated. I did lose a small azlaea under the pine tree but that was likely impossible to protect. I didn't compare price. Steve, who referred me, said it is expensive work so I assume that is accurate.

After consulting with Juan at Natural Wonders Trees Inc we decided to have them remove a very large tree taking over our backyard . We also wanted overgrown honeysuckle bushes topped off since they were very tall. The crew arrived on time and were extremely professional with all the excellent work that was done. I am VERY happy with the look of the yard and garden. Nothing was left out of place or out of order. What an improvement! I believe this was also due to the foreman, Eduardo, who guided the action of the educated crew.

I had a second job done the same day at another location, also set-up by Juan. This was a much more involved job, with trimming and cutting back three giant eucalyptus trees. Also removing a dead tree and trimming nine pepper trees. Again, very professional crew working diligently to produce excellent results. All under the guidance of Santos Junior. Thank you all.

They did an excellent job with tree removal and planting, and the new trees look healthy and like they will be happy here for a long time! They take time to make sure you are completely satisfied and are very patient and knowledgeable, answering all my questions. Great communication, very punctual and efficient as well as detailed. We are very happy, thank you!

Second post for our job on 9/22/25
The crew members for our job: Jose, Felix, Toc & Efrain. All very professional and HARD working. Thank you.
Also, Same company did the trees at La Crescenta Woman’s Clubhouse: another good example of heard work.
My neighbor is now having is tree trimmed.
Looks Great!

The entire crew worked efficiently and cleaned up very well. We are very greatful for your quick response especially since the condition of the trees was dangerous. I wouldn't hesitate to call your company again.

Roger was amazing!!! He climbed up and rescued my kitty who had been stuck there all night. Thank you SO much!!!

I just want to say what an amazing staff and profesional team from Natural Wonders Tree's Inc are. They went above an beyond with the work performed and attention to detail. Luis made sure all expectations were met and I really appreciate that. I highly recommend them for any projects you're planning on tackling anytime. Thank you all!!!

The technicians and the manager from Natural Wonders Trees did an excellent job, both with the tree removal as well as the clean up. They were very nice and very professional. We would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Excellent team work from Juan who gave us the quote…detailed to explain the scope of the job.

Then the Foreman Santos jr and 4 more men: all five crew members arrived on time, worked extremely hard on 2 big Oak trees
We are very happy with the results: excellent clean up … including scooping out the leaves from our pool: so glad we selected Natural Wonders Trees!

The best! Juan came out and advised me on what to do for my trees. I had them trim 5 trees including some bamboo last minute. The workers were kind and respectful of the property and the neighbors. The cleaned up everything! They even provided some wood chips to the neighbors who asked if they could have some. The went out of their way to not mix in the bamboo with their wood chips. I will definitely be working with them again. Thank you!

We had a massive tree fail in the wind. Andy came out quick to give us a quote and got his crew out the next morning. They were on time, patient with the state of our backyard(kid stuff), and careful working around garden structures, wires, etc. They took care of everything, left a good shape on the tree and cleaned up thoroughly. I highly recommend them.

We are repeat customers of Natural wonders - they trim our many palm trees every year or so. They do a great job and always clean up thoroughly. They're a pleasure to work with

All pro all the way. I forget everyone's name but remember Roger, Santos, Emilio, all of whom were kind, respectful, knowledgeable.

The workers cleaned up, paid attention, were cheerful. I wish I was better at remembering everyone's name - next time!

A positive experience all around.

Most especially, the trees look beautiful! Thank you.

workers showed up on time
finished on time. cleaned up nicely. have used this company before and they do a good job. would recommend to friends

We consulted first with Natural Wonders about an enormous sycamore tree we have in the center courtyard of our home. We had to comply with our homeowners insurance by cutting all of its branches away from our roofline. This was a huge bummer for us to accept because the tree is gorgeous and provides us with a lot of shade. It’s between 75-100 years old and its largest branches all reached over our roof towards the west. Our biggest concern was that if they trimmed the tree as far back as needed, would it survive? We needed a very experienced team to do the work so enormous branches being cut wouldn’t land on our house. After meeting with 3 certified arborists, we chose to go with Juan and Natural Wonders. They were the most costly estimate but mainly because they were the only company that would provide a crane and ensure less damage from people wearing spikes to climb it. We might be a bit crazy to have gone through so much for the tree but it’s almost twice as much to completely remove a tree this size and if we intend to keep it, we should do what’s safest for the tree and the house.
The team that came out was hard working, friendly and extremely careful to get this completed. They cleaned up the yard as they found it and probably better. The tree might not look as beautiful as it once was but she is still here and we aren’t in danger any longer.
We are relieved that it’s done and will definitely call Natural Wonders for our future tree needs.

Crew arrived on time and job was done within estimated time frame. Tree trimming looked good and cleanup was thorough.
Santos and Alex made sure job was done well.

Incredible service. This is our 5th time working with Natural Wonders and they always do an excellent job. Juan came to our house for an estimate yesterday and saw that our tree desperately needed to be trimmed immediately so that it wouldn’t topple over from the wind. He ended up cutting off several of the large branches himself so that the tree would hold until the crew came today to finish the job. Would absolutely recommend working with this company. Very experienced and professional.

Due to the high winds my tree began to hit my roof and satellite dish to make a gong sound driving my family and I’m sure neighbors crazy. I emailed 10pm at night at 8:30am the next morning I had an appointment set with Yamill to come and assess cost and timeline. Even during this wind storm, that I’m sure had them stretched with emergencies, they managed to get me in next day and handled the job with precision, speed and cleaned up everything and then some.
Without a doubt I will recommend this company and team to anyone, amazing service and great price!

I am very satisfied with Natural Wonders Tree service. This is the third year I have used this service to trim and reshape my existing treess, and their arborists are top notch, well trained, and eager to please. I would highly recommend this company. and will use them again next year. Of special note was the company’s skilled consultant Jamill Ramirez, who coordinated snd scheduled our work.

I have trusted Natural Wonders with the care of our many trees for over 14 years. Edgar was especially helpful when it came to trimming back the guava bushes that were so overgrown. Now they can flourish again. Thank you for such great work.

We had 9 very large Pine trees on a hill. Had an arborist evaluate and one of the companies she recommended was this one. Met with Juan the owner (who also is an arborist) to go over the work needed. His crew did an outstanding job in a very difficult area. The trees were Reduced both the Crowns and limbs and look very good now.
