Sonny did a stellar job fixing our hood fan. It had been making loud rattling noises and wasn’t pulling any smoke. He arrived on time, disassembled the unit, tightened everything up, and replaced the worn motor. He was super respectful, walked me through what he did, and even cleaned the filters. Mike fixed our trash compactor that had jammed for the second time in a month. This time, he went beyond the quick fix disassembled the entire track system, cleaned everything out, and realigned the motor so it ran smoother. Definitely more than I expected from a repair visit.
