This is the first review I have ever left, but thought it was worthwhile given the superb service from this company, and our technician James. U will not regret, listen to my advice and if you have any appliance problem give them a call.

Our technician Shawn showed up on time and was able to fix our refrigerator quickly. Very pleasant and would definitely recommend him to anyone who may need their refrigerator repaired.

My Sub-Zero refrigerator stopped working. They took care of the issue right away.I was able to make an appointment the very same day I called. Oleg took the time to explain what was wrong with it, repair was done quickly. I will definitely use them in the future. Thx guys !

Stan repaired our older Subzero fridge and freezer, cleaned them, and replaced the ice maker. He was on time, very patient with my explanations and took time to explain to me what he was planning to do and then showed me the work he had performed. I highly recommend him

Left voice mail early morning and got a quick reply with an appointment for my sub-zero freezer. Got a heads up call 30 min before they got here (that's great!). Technician came ready with the part based on my description of the problem. Same day repair at a very professional manner. Will recommend to family and friends !

My 28 year-old Subzero refrigerator started having trouble holding temperature in the freezer compartment. Sam was able to diagnose that the compressor for the freezer was on its way out. Rather than convincing me to invest in an expensive repair, he gave me an honest appraisal of the situation. He said that he could make the expensive repairs, but because of the age of other components, it would probably be the first of many. I appreciated his honesty. Everyone that I dealt with was courteous and professional. Although, I did not use them for the repair, it was obvious that Sam knew his stuff. I am convinced that they would do an excellent job. I would recommend their services to anyone.

We had water pooling under the fridge every morning. The tech discovered a clogged defrost drain and cleared it out. It’s been dry ever since, and they even showed me how to keep it clean myself.

Great service! I live out of state and searched Yelp to get repairs done for my dryer. My son is student and needed the repairs done in our home.  I was able to coordinate everything over the phone. Tom called me while at the residence with my son on the line and explained the issues.  Repairs were done and he emailed me a receipt. The also ordered the part by himself.  Thank you!

On time quick great service

Excellent customer service ever! My refrigerator was making some noise, first i didn't pay attention but later the noise became louder. My friend had same kind of issue before, so I called him and he gave me phone number of this company saying that they are the best in SD. Long story short they sent repair person Stan and he repaired it very fast. He was very friendly and during repair was extremely gentle with tools. This company is number one!
