We waited all afternoon yesterday for a no-show. Manager told us 5 times the technician would call us back but they never did. Furniture out on the patio and a whole wasted day.

I felt I could have gotten the pad at a cheaper price elsewhere. However, things took a turn for the better when the owner, wayne, called and offered to rectify the situation at no extra cost. I must say, despite the initial hiccups, their rug cleaning service is unmatched. I am now a satisfied customer in Solana Beach.

wayne, our technician, was really friendly and made a great first impression. he showed up at 8:29 for our 8:30 carpet cleaning appointment in solana beach. i got both email and text reminders about the upcoming service, plus a message when he was on his way. he asked if i wanted him to wear a facemask and kept it on the whole time, which i appreciated. our carpets dried in about an hour, except for the stairs and the area by the sofa, which were extra dirty and needed deeper cleaning. i liked that wayne didn't try to upsell anything. the carpets look amazing! even though we get them cleaned often, today they were dirtier than usual (probably from having a new puppy and our son working at a tire shop), but now they haven't looked this good in a long time. i would definitely use sunrise carpet cleaners again and highly recommend them.
