I had an electrical outage in my house and could not figure out the problem. I called LG Electric and Luis answered. I explained to him the situation and he came over within 5 minutes to assist me. Luis was very knowledgeable and professional. Although the issue was out of his control he was able to identify the problem and even called PG&E for me and explained to them what was going on. The issue was fixed and I will say if I ever have an electrical issue again I will be sure to Luis at LG Electric to assist me.

I wanted to install an at home charging station for my brand new Tesla, but I went with buying the NEMA 14-50 adaptor instead of the Tesla Charger. Luis got the breakers, outlet, and other additional parts I needed to be able to charge my electric car at home. All I had to do was order my Tesla adapter, and let him know when it was here!
