Julian D. helped my mom out in a timely manner and exuded good service. However, he did not offer to show us an itemized bill and charged us a hefty price when we purchased the garbage disposal on our own. Basically charged us $300 for labor

This company is very quick to respond to inquiries and have excellent technicians to do the work. They only recommend what you need, not what they're trying to sell up. We have used them a number of times for both small issues and large (complete new HVAC systems). I highly recommend them!

Both Nick and Nick that serviced our HVAC was clean and professional. They found an reported potential problems and were able to remedy one of them while they're here. I appreciate their time and effort in my unit it's running colder than ever.

Tommy Rick from Airworks Heating and Air came to our home this afternoon. He took care of the fall maintenance on our HVAC system! Tommy is a very personable and professional young man. As usual, he did a very thorough, excellent job. He is a doglover. Our 3 Corgis and 1 Labrador love him.

Excellent customer service by the technician Edwyn. Edwyn displayed professionalism by showing great knowledge of the new system I had in my home, it was a system that included a motherboard. He was able to figure out what issue i was having very quickly which ended up being a trip in the system. He was courteous, cleaned up the little debris that fell from the attic. Because of the new system i had, he recommended that i protect it by installing a surge protector, which i had him install. Very much appreciated. Top notch service. Nick was a great tech. Answered all my questions. Shows he has the experience and knowledge regarding home HVAC systems. Made recommendations without the up-sale. We will be requesting him to solve our issues.

Airworks is just THEE company to go with. I used them a couple years ago and got top notch service and here I am again because their service is unmatched. AC wasn’t working again - it’s old - and it’s been really hot. I called them today and they set me up with an appointment for tomorrow but ended up being able to get me in today. I had the pleasure of having Tommy as my technician and he got to my house quicker than expected, fixed my issue, went above and beyond and even got a couple laughs in! 10/10 recommend. From start to finish the service is excellent! Thank you guys!!

Been using AirWorks for the past few years. Always dependable, friendly and knowledgeable. They will offer needed recommendations but not pushy. Nick was incredible on my last visit, and was in a great mood even after having to crawl in a tight space where my blower fan is.

The workers ( Nick, Jesse, Diego, Isaiah) are very knowledgeable and efficient workers. They managed to finish the whole project in the promised days.

One night, the workers stayed till 8pm to get the project ready for the next days process.

Air Works is an amazing team.

The tech was new to us. I can't really speak to the quality of the work, but I assume it was good if he followed their procedures. He was polite and conscientious about cleaning up after himself.

He did turned off Eco mode and set the cooler to 68 degrees to test it and didn't put it back, turn it off, or even ask when he left. We had our carpets shampooed this morning so our house was clearly wide open.

The filter he brought was very thin so I opted not to have him use it.

Then before he left, he spent a significant amount of time trying to upsell me. That always turns me off.

Unity sold us seems to work well and we're happy with that as well as the price. If they didn't pressure sell so much I probably would be more willing to opt for other services they offer.

Just had the best experience with AirWorks Solutions! Our air conditioner started blowing air that wasn't cold, so we called AirWorks hoping to schedule an appointment maybe some time next week assuming that they wouldn't be able to come out right away. Nick was here within about an hour and had our system up and running again in no time! He was very professional and kind, and we are super impressed with this company. Thanks Nick and AirWorks!

Air Works inspected our current heating and air conditioning units which were 22 years old. It was determined that one of the units needed to be replaced. Henry Reth spent substantial time providing us with the options, and we decided to replace both of our furnaces and air conditioning units and install two new furnaces and two new air conditioning units.

Michael Martinez showed up on time for the first day of installation with Joey, Vince and Jose on his team. We cannot praise this group of hard-working, professional installers more highly. They respected our residence, told us everything that they planned to do, and performed every job exactly to the specifications they described. We were enormously impressed.

They were able to answer every question we had, were patient explaining what they were doing, and took care of disposing of all of the old materials that they replaced. Every member of the team went the extra mile to provide a the best possible service we could have hoped for. The best possible compliment that we could pay to them is that our home looked exactly as it should after they did two solid days of work. Nothing was out of place, and everything looked clean and in order when they finished
