Our house has been heated only by a wood stove for 40 years. It's not getting easier to haul wood up 2 flights of stairs so we looked into a mini-split. Chad from Comphel came out, gave a good estimate and explanation on how they work. Installer crew -- Jarrod & Erin (?) showed up on time and finished in one day -- they were great. Fast & efficient. Voila! Heat. Yay. There was a slight glitch in that we needed an expanded 220v breaker which took 10 days to ship. Had to wire to our dryer circuit. Brandon came today -- through deep snow here -- and, with only a small headache hassle (parts never fit perfectly on old breaker boxes...), installed it and all working perfectly. And also thanks to the ever-friendly Katie in the office! Anyway, great folks and the Mitsubishi mini-split, which is what they install, is highly rated by Wired Magazine too.
