we called late afternoon they were there within 2 hours, great prices and even better customer service! and now were on his yearly maintenance schedule! very friendly! call these guys first!!!

Wow! Bud’s was recommended to me by another HVAC repairman in Groveland because I initially thought I’d need a new system altogether due to some past misinformation. Tony came onsite and evaluated my system and informed me that actually all was in working order and there was no work needed! After spending a bunch of unplanned money on some flood-related issues, I fully expected more bad news when it came to my HVAC system and any possible flood-related repairs.

I’d call Bud’s again in a heartbeat for any HVAC future needs because I can trust Tony 100%. How many contractors can you say that about??

My cabin's heat pump in PML lost cooling on Thursday afternoon. Called everybody -- no appointments until Monday or Tuesday at the earliest. Spoke with Bud's again on Friday morning to schedule for Monday, and they let me know that they'd had a cancellation -- they could come that morning. Tony came out and diagnosed the problem -- ants had gotten fried inside the unit. He cleared out the ants, tested everything, and the unit started cooling again -- no parts needed. Got the unit working for just the (very reasonable) cost of the service call. Thanks Tony!
