Competitive pricing, knowledgeable counter folks, job site delivery, and terms available. Good depth and breadth of stock generally. Minimal motor control.

The biggest downchecks are their parking lot which is small, tight, and often full of full-size trucks. Getting through on the phone to place orders, especially in the morning can be challenging. Their mobile app is ok... their competitors app is better

James and crew were fantastic both for electrical in an ADU we were building in the backyard as well as some work in the main house and my in-laws house. We were having problems with a few of the outlets in our house. When we lost power to those outlets we would take off the switch plates and jiggle the wires and for the most part power to those outlets would be restored.

Finally, jiggling didn’t help. We had met with James (Ridgeline ) to get a bid on a kitchen remodel so had his contact information. We called James and described the problem. He had a full day the next day but made time to come to our house to see what was going on. It took him about 10 minutes to find the faulty outlet and less than a half hour to replace it and a couple of broken switch plates.

James was methodical and friendly and knew exactly how to locate the troublesome wall outlet and replace it. We could not have been happier with his knowledge, his courtesy and his friendliness. He will definitely be our go to electrician should we run into future problems and we plan to contact him when we remodel.
