Jacob was very efficient and did an excellent job repairing my faucet. He answered all of my questions and offered advice on how to prevent the problem in the future.

Moe and his team were great. Moe took time to understand what I was trying to accomplish with the project and provide ideas on different approaches. When it came to proceeding with the job, Moe came out to introduce me to his team and explain the steps to complete the work. Work was done quickly and neatly. I would recommend Expert Plumbing to others and would use them on future projects.

Dylan did a great job cleaning up a blocked drain pipe. He explained in details and demonstrated what is causing the problem, potential issues that I might face in the future and available options to deal with them.

Expert Plumbing provided a clear explanation of the steps of repairing a broken water main pipe. They provided a temp fix right away and an appointment for full repair within days. I received two quotes and EP was much more reasonable and highly professional. We are very happy with the repair, service from the office, and clean up. Highly recommend.

Expert Plumbing was fantastic! We have a tankless water heater in Capitola that was in great need of servicing…. I’m in SF and couldn’t meet in person. Dylan called at the exact time that Expert Plumbing said they would… he walked me through every step of what he was doing to service the unit. Payment was super easy. My shower was making a horrible sound. The hot water was barely coming out. Expert Plumbing sent two different plumbers. They took pictures and called their office. They said they could not get the part it needed, then they found the part . A plumber came and put the part in and told me it was repaired. It was not. My handy man looked at it, took out a small cracked cylinder, went to Home Depot, bought the part, annd installed it. The shower now works.Expert Plumbing never returned my call when I complained and they charged for every visit to my house. They had my credit card number.

Expert Plumbing and Reuben V. did a great job of sifting through a complex and somewhat deteriorated kitchen faucet / water filtration system to install a completely new filter tap, kitchen faucet and filtration system. What looked like a rat's nest of water lines ended up very organized and easy to follow. The price was reasonable and we didn’t feel nickel and dimed. What a relief and breath of fresh air. I highly recommend expert plumbing.

There was a distinct dripping noise coming from my bathroom sink but it was bone dry under the sink. I was worried that I had a leak in my drain behind the wallboard. and having checked on line I knew this could easily run up to thousands of dollars. I was tempted to start cutting holes in the wall to try to find the leak but thought better of it so I called Expert Plumbing.. I knew they had a camera that could be put down the drain pipe. Dylan came over and explained that he would first diagnose the problem. I ran the water and he said that it looked like it could be a leak behind the wall. He cut two small holes and was able to determine it was not an external leak but a problem within the drain which he fixed. After each step he showed me what he did. and explained what he found.
He is very skilled and knowledgeable about his profession. It cost me a lot less than what I was expecting. He is a guy you can trust to do a great job for you.

Highly recommend Expert Plumbing. I have used them multiple times now and always been satisfied. I had a leak in a Pex line that was causing damage and they scheduled a next morning 8:00am visit. Dylan was professional and had the leak fixed quickly. Sara in the home office kept communication and logistics extremely transparent.
