I truly appreciate their service, especially Michael (technician) and Zach (representative). I have been working through an issue with my appliance, and their support made a big difference.

Their technical skill is obviously top-notch, but what I appreciated even more was how they listened carefully, understood my situation, and guided me in the best direction.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to take a moment to thank them for their help. I strongly recommend Angry Chef staff, especially based on this experience.

Our company had the WORST experience with Angry Chef. They have no sense of urgency, lack of communications, not following through with their customer and extremely unprofessional.

I was at my lowest point as a business owner. These amazing people (sean and his crew) put a smile back on my face again. Thank you thank you !!! My oven is back !!!

These guys saved my life. If you're in the restaurant world, every week is a tough week... there's no room for added errors. While prepping for a big weekend, our freezer started making a crazy loud noise that went on for hours. JR answered the phone instantly, heard the dying animal in the background, and sent a repair guy out within a few hours. Same day service on a Friday afternoon? Unheard of. His tech assessed the situation in 5 minutes - motor needed instant repair and freezer could no longer be used. In my mind, I'm thinking "great, just had to pay for his travel, the 1 hour minimum service charge even though he finished in 5 minutes and now.. let's add a new motor and more service fees."

I then started to look into backup solutions on how we would survive the weekend without a freezer. Luckily, none of the solutions were needed because JR called back to let me know he found a replacement motor and that he would send the tech back the next morning... which happened to be the Saturday of a 3-day weekend (I just realized they're not even open on Saturdays). Instead of taking advantage of my desperate situation, he even applied the inspection fees to the new repair work so that I wouldn't be billed twice. No extra rush fees, no weekend holiday fees (which many other companies charge). The same tech came back, just as efficient as the first time. Fridge was repaired quickly with no impact on my business. Can't thank these guys enough.

I came across them for parts needed for an American Range oven I need parts for as they are now An original equipment supplier for American Range.
They are helpful over the phone, and if you have any issues, they are quick to respond.

Just do your own research and buy parts from parts town. You cant get taken advantage of this way.

Second time we work with Angry Chef and as always they did an amazing job. Both times they arrived on time and made sure to keep the work area very clean. Henry M is very experienced and knowledgeable. He knew what our issue was right away, explained it throughly, and was able to fix it same day. We wouldn't trust our commercial grade appliances with anyone else.

Angry Chef is absolutely amazing! Not only are they super responsive, but they made the entire process so easy for us. We had a unit go down over the weekend, and their first opening was on Monday. The tech, Henry, was so efficient and professional. He got everything up and running before we opened and we are so thankful to have great people like him and the rest of the team at Angry Chef to help us out.

This is the absolute best kitchen equipment service company in SoCal. Every time I have tried other companies, they either don't know how to get the job done or do it poorly. Not with Angry Chef. They're technicians are extremely knowledgeable and know how to diagnose/repair problems immediately. Our technician, Troy, was very kind and respectful. If you're a restaurant owner in LA and need any service to your equipment, definitely give them a call.

I’ve used Angry Chef to repair our Combi Ovens a few times and they have been a great partner. As any Restaurant Owner can relate, having any kitchen equipment down is stressful and Angry Chef is there when you need it. Not the most affordable option for repair but they get the job done with a quick turnaround.

In one occasion, when the wrong replacement part was shipped they did everything to make it right. I recommend as they are knowledgeable and fair.

Called last week for a desperately needed part. They sent it right away. Then a second time, about a week later, we needed the same part again. And once again, it was sent out immediately without hesitation.The gentleman that assisted me was Mike Carter.
