Also Note ; The Supervisor and Foreman, along with the employees , had one day went out of their way to help out a homeless individual in his late 40s , by allowing him to place his tent in front of the company's office / entryway when it was raining really hard a couple of years ago when the Comet Electric Co. Was still located on N. Main St. In the Chinatown area of L.A. they allowed him to connect to their electrical outlet, allowing him access to thier water spicket, and also connect to thier Co. Internet 24/7 and for the time until they were scheduled to move to the El Monte location where they are at now. And they even helped keep him in thier Security's view, watching over him as he'd watch over the property that had, had recent problems with burglars at the time.
Honestly, one of the best employed teams I've met in a long time, very close and supportive of each other in all they do especially during the holidays and when the job is on-call for a early morning hour or late evening on weekends.

The installation was complete. However, I did have a few hiccups. With certain persons while the whole installation was on in process.

I spoke to the Sales Manager Lin, who talked over me, and could not answer my very simple direct questions. I am purchasing a home with solar panels and I called Solar Solutions For You to verify they are the serviced for my home, Lin who was completely rude and should be fired, could not provide me that answer, when I asked for her manager’s name and phone number she would not tell me and hung up. This woman needs to get another job if she isn’t happy where she is at.

I agree with Kevin, avoid with all cost. after they have your money, there will be no response not to say service. the contact written to pay in full but not clearly stated configuration and turning on the system. so you on your own if you piss them off. I currently have a system paid for but not online and operate.

I had my solar system installed in 2015. Did some price check, they offered better price (not a lot). But if I had chance to go back, I probably avoid them.
Beginning they did the job very fast. After the phase that they got all the payments , you had to push them for everything. Because the bank I borrow money only fund money in phases, at certain stage they will release all the fund. After that phase, solar solutions 4 you don’t care much about you.
Also, they promised to give first few years of cleaning the system for free. But they never did. Contact them several times, all i got is sorry and promises.

Here is an update. Over all we are satisfied with the work Solar Solutions has done with our system. They did fully address the communication issues to address the situation and got us what we needed with a full and sincere apology. We have finished wrapping up the project after a 2nd rescheduling and received all the necessary tax document that we needed. And the manager, prior to her visit, have scheduled our cleaning services 3 years out in advance. We've reached out for additional questions on our system and utility billing. It turns out they are really pack and busy at this time of year so we are taking off one star for communication issues we encountered. There should be an improvement there. To clarify, there is nothing wrong with the system and we are happy with the system as we are going green. Loved their 25 years production warranty Sun Power has to offered. We are glad because with we end up with a utility credit in June after 20 days our solar panel started servicing back in May. Pointer: If you are thinking about going add a a battery option to your solar system to carry it off grid, the current tech and price and capacity does not work up to our household need to carry it off grid. The cost model at the moment is not worth it at the moment to sustain a full off grid system so save your money until the technology mature.

Please don't deal with this business. After they get your money, they won't give you any services if you have problem with your solar. Their customer service is so bad. Please avoid at all cost. Besides, don't trust anything they promised. In my case, they promised to give me 3 times of solar cleaning (written in contract). But after more than 3 years, they kept saying that they don't have anyone to clean my solar. I guess I'll hire someone else to clean it. And if they don't pay the bill, I would take their business to small claim court.

Cant say enough good things about this company. From their sales team to the installation crew everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. Solar Solutions 4 U delivered on their promises, kept the project on time with a high level of quality.

I had electric bills over $500 and now they don’t even exceed double digits. They really helped confirm that going solar was the right choice. I had my system installed last year and I had questions recently that Solar Solutions 4 U was happy to answer. I refer them to all my friends and family. Hope others give them a chance, they really are a great company with exceptional service.

The company name is very fitting. These two plebs literally rushed into our office and trash talked the place while we were in the middle of a meeting. Low

MIKE is the man. Very knowledgeable and is a straight shooter. I worked for a Property management company and a tenant had issues with a beaker/transformer producing sparks. He came in and troubleshooted the issue and fixed it within a couple of hours. He even went out of his way to fix minor electrical issues that the tenant was having.
