Max always does a great job! He calls ahead to remind us of the service and ETA. He is very courteous and professional. He lets us know when he is on-site and when the service is complete.

Great customer service. Had an issue with termites. They helped assess the extent of the problem and mobilize the best strategy to address the issue quickly, effectively and conveniently. The entire team was terrific!

Team Champion do not do honest business. They said they take VISA card payments but now when I'm ready to pay out of the blue they want to add 2% in order for me to use the Visa to pay. That is not professional even when it cost me hundreds for a job that only took 1 hour to finish the actual work. They are not the lowest bit, because I had several estimates done on the property & all except Team champion had given me a written estimate of where the infestation of termites are. Team missed the two spots on the two opposite ends of the garage under the roof. So the job was done incomplete. Plus the invoice or the receipt did not include the one year warranty on it.

Start to finish Team Champion Exterminators were professional, helpful, and reasonably priced. The communication with Frances was top notch and well appreciated. Would recommend and use again.

I had an ant and water bug problem inside my house that I could not get rid of on my own. I contacted Team Champion and I had this problem completely resolved. I set up a quarterly service with them for preventative care and for unexpected/ seasonal maintenance. Team Champion’s representatives are polite, professional and thorough. Their product is effective and safe. I will continue to use them and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I would give 5 stars for customer service as everyone at Team Champion is professional, courteous, and responsive. Unfortunately, after MANY visits to my home the rodent problem continues to exist and I am dealing with the situation myself after paying Team Champion a big chunk of money. It took repeated visits to locate and seal entry points. After the 5th or 6th visit, the service manager came out and advised me that "the problem will never be solved" due to my aluminum patio cover which is attached to my outdoor laundry room/storage area. He advised I tear it down 😐. He also said that the outdoor laundry room was the issue as there were many nooks and crannies. Team Champion had already addressed that area - or so I thought - by spraying foam and placing some wire mesh over an area behind the water heater. Didn't solve the probelm. I ended up moving my water heater, dry walling the area behind it (as well as the rest of the laundry room) and have been chipping away the spray foam applied by TC as the rodents are chewing through it and still entering the walls of my home.

Rather than pay Team Champion over $1000 for rodent exclusion and still have the problem many months later, I should have just done the work myself. BTW, I'm a 66-year-old woman with back and knee problems which is why I hired someone to do the work in the first place. Climbing up and down ladders isn't ideal for me but as they say, if you want something done right, do it yourself.

I am a loyal Team Champion customer for many years. They always provide the highest professional service for our home. Their team of employees are always friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in treating termites and doing wood repairs. Highly recommend Team Champion Exterminators!

I'm very happy with Team Champion's spot treatment and warranty. Got quotes from a few other of the top-rated companies on Yelp, and went with Team Champion.
Two inspectors came out for the inspection/quote. They had the best price and warranty of the quotes I got. They were thorough and took the time to explain every area in which they found evidence. Most importantly to me, they did it with zero pressure or scare-tactics. Since termite damage by nature is mostly invisible, it's stressful enough seeing evidence of termites in the first place. I really appreciated the honest assessment.
Will hire again if/when needed.

Team Champions is a great company if you want to be termite free. They have been here for us since 12-30-17. Marcos was out in January for the yearly inspection. Then in April we noticed a pile of droppings by back garage door. Called the office and Marcos was sent out again, no charge. Thanks Marcos.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding service I received. I was faced with an overwhelming termite infestation—thousands of them crawling across my wood floors, emerging from unknown sources no matter how many I tried to remove. In a state of panic, I called my mother, desperate to find someone who could help immediately.
After reaching out to multiple companies that couldn’t come until Friday, she contacted this company and spoke with Manuel, who assured her he could be there that very day. His prompt response was an absolute lifesaver.
From the moment Manuel arrived, he displayed exceptional professionalism, expertise, and patience. This company was hired by the seller of the home I purchased to conduct a termite inspection and perform necessary repairs. I received their inspection report, and the seller confirmed they had completed the recommended work. However, shortly after moving in, I discovered termite damage in the garage that was clearly open and visible during the inspection but was not reported. I left a voicemail requesting someone to come out and assess the damage. After receiving no response, I followed up a week later and finally spoke with a representative who told me they wouldn’t be coming out and asked me to send photos instead. I complied but again received no response. Another week passed, and I contacted them again—this time by phone and text—because the termite-damaged wood was supporting the garage door rails. The wood was so deteriorated that the rails pulled away, causing the entire garage door to collapse and sustain significant damage. I sent additional messages and photos of the now-damaged door. Eventually, they agreed to replace the termite-damaged wood. However, when I requested compensation for the garage door, they denied responsibility. After a long and difficult conversation, they offered me $400 to settle the matter. The replacement cost for the door was $2,650, and I had asked for $1,750—an amount I felt was fair given that timely action on their part could have prevented the damage. They claimed they responded promptly, but the timeline and lack of communication clearly show otherwise. I am now pursuing the matter in small claims court, and they have stopped responding entirely. This company has proven to be unreliable and untrustworthy. I am unsure that the required repairs have been addressed, as I’ve since found additional termite damage that remains unaddressed, and they refuse to come inspect it. Even after agreeing to meet in person and being given the three days’ notice they requested, they still failed to show up. I strongly advise against working with this company. Their service has been unacceptable, and their lack of accountability is deeply concerning.
