Wonderful first time experience with New City Cleaning Services! Our family recently moved in the heat of August and we didn’t even want to think about having to clean our apartment after the work of moving things out. We hired New City to get it looking ready for the final walk through with our landlord. We received friendly text updates leading up to the scheduled clean, and when the crew ran late because of a technical issue, we got a text update about that too - they were kind and apologetic and carried on professionally! They got stains out we have been trying to remove for years and really made the place shine! The entire place was cleaned floor to ceiling, with not a trace of dust left behind. They also followed our lock up instructions well - truly an amazing job on their part that left our landlord and pockets very happy! They had the efficiency and professionalism of a large company, balanced with the personal touch and affordability of a small business. Honestly, best decision was to have the place cleaned professionally! Definitely will be calling them again if we are ever in need of a deep clean or a good ol’ home refresh.
