WELL our pipes were backed up in 2 rooms so we researched a good and responsive discount price plumber. Drain Buster is the real deal. They answered their phone right away and provided a next business day appointment. They provided a discount price. They came on time and the Hydrojet has been done and line has been cleared. They were polite and professional. We are running various tests now to make sure everything continues to work. The guys were great and I’d like to give them a great review.

We recently experienced a water leak in our main service line and sought quotes from several plumbers. None of them could match the estimate provided by Drain Buster. When it came to the work itself, I couldn't be more impressed. The team was highly professional and provided excellent customer service. They fixed the leak with remarkable precision, creating just three small holes without the need for any trench digging—like a surgical operation. I highly recommend Drain Buster for any plumbing needs.

Called them up from learning that a neighbor used them in the past for some plumbing work . My neighbor spoke highly of them and now I know why! Needed my sewer main to be replaced, Jose came out gave me a free estimate. Very nice guy he was , however just to be sure I had to get another quote cause I’ve been burned in the past. Drain buster Rooter and plumbing’s quote came in $2500 less. Do yourself a favor and use these guys! Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere! 5stars for drain buster rooter and plumbing !

We had a kitchen drainage issue so called one of the rooter sevices nearby my area, but they couldn"t help much. So I had to call Drain Buster for hydrojet service & all the issues were gone, Eddie who came to our house was very nice and he explained the issue well and did the excellent job. I could trust his work. Also compare to other company, the price was very reasonable & good!! I recommand this company.

Eddie has been very helpful and knowledgeable in fixing the clogging issue we had this morning. The company had them come over in 30 minutes rather than 45 min-1hr when we asked. While pricey for my family, it's still better than some other places. I would still recommend this service to my close ones.

Got quotes from about 5 different pluming companys charging me more then expected to relocate my water pipe from my house to the meter,until my wife found Drain Busters at an event, best decision to go with them because they WILL WORK WITH YOU AND TAKE CARE OF YOU! I had a major sewer line emergency caused by a city tree root collapse, and Drain Buster handled everything from start to finish with total professionalism.
Jose, the owner, personally came out, clearly explained every step, and coordinated a huge project — they replaced the sewer line from my property line all the way to the city main line, completed pipe-bursting from the property line back to my house, and replaced my old gas line from the curb meter all the way to my house.

The entire process took about five days, and every crew member worked with a smile — they were polite, efficient, and kept the site spotless.
Jose’s company does everything in-house — he doesn’t subcontract any work — and he holds Class A and C-36 contractor licenses, fully qualified for major infrastructure and plumbing projects.
