Great customer service. They do great work in a reasonable amount of time and price.

Very good service, he explained everything he was going to do at a very reasonable price. He cleand the sidewalk, walkway and driveway. I am very happy with the end result. I really recommend his services.

We’ve been taking our dry cleaning here for years and have always been happy with the cleaning and the customer service. This is a great spot.

The cleaning was good but the cst service was not. When we picked up our clothes the lady stated that a coat we had was actually more expensive and we were lucky to get it cleaned at that price. However, she looked at it and gave the price there was nothing hidden and she was sarcastic and kind of rude about the way she said it as if we deceived her in some way. First time there but we will not be going back.

They took care of my wife’s wool coat and it looked like new! Will definitely return!

To give you context I am a Poker player, that usually will put casino chips in my pocket to avoid carrying that much cash, my wife took my pants without checking them, 2 chips of 1k each were in 1 of the pants, we came to ask for the pants but they told us that they use a subcontractor for laundry and they will get back the clothes next day…
When picked up, both of the chips were in there… I appreciated their loyalty and told her to have dinner on me, and tipped the lady $200!

Took a pair of expensive curtains to get hemmed, got them back total different size than requested. The curtain panels weren’t even the same size. Called the lady, she just even them out, but never apologized for the situation. Not going back, unfortunately a bad experience.

I turned in a pair of pants and a jacket. Expecting them to remove the stains. If your not going to do your best to remove them then let me know. So I can go else where. I specifically showed you the pants and you said you could handle it. Just so I can get it returned the same way. "It's dry cleaned." Was the response. If you can't do something right then don't do it at all. Or be transparent in the first place so we don't waste money or time. This review could have been avoided if you transparent in the first place. Rather just take my hats because at least that got cleaned well.

By far this company if they're trying to make a name for themselves it's not working out I had scheduled an appointment at 8 a.m. August 26th I waited till 8:30 and I sent them a message advising what would be their ETA their response back was how can they help me and then I responded once more with would like to know when the services are coming in because I do have errands that I need to run they replied that our appointment at 1 so I sent them a picture showing them that they had scheduled it with me at 8 in the morning as well after that I had asked them if we can see what time they would be coming cuz I need to get going they never responded I asked for communication never responded to ask to see if we scheduled they didn't respond I give this company only one star I wish I can give them a 0 * but it doesn't offer that it's sad to say that companies like this do that to people that actually take time out of their job to wait for them cuz I'm losing money as well they need to get their stuff together. Worst business practices.

So I hired this company Carolinas Cleaning Services to come clean my place and it no time I had a Booking with them. My house looks aparkling clean I will be using this services min once or twice a month since work has me by the neck haha. I highly recommend them high five
