Tried to Charge me 350 for a 20$ part for a water heater!

I called these guys to fix a clogged drain at my business and they were really punctual on the time that they said they were going to arrive. Their customer service and price was awesome, I would recommended them to everyone in the area.

Amazing! We had an emergency shower handle that broke and we could not turn off. We called and right away there was an answer and we were connected to Leo. Leo arrived within minutes and solved our problem right away.

super nice staff and professional work. I got some leak from the bath area and they came & overally investigated. they were kindly explained and repaired it smoothly. I recomended this company anyone who need to help plumbing issue.

Set up a time for estimate. Waited and took time out of my day off for them to arrive within their available window.... and they did. They said they would forward the info to management and they would get back to me with a bid. Great. The technicians were really nice. Thing is, they (the management) never got back to me with an estimate. I called several times, left messages, no response. Finally reached someone, he said he would email me an estimate. They never did. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.

Accent Plumbing does an amazing job! These guys just finished running all new pipes in my house and replaced all the old cast iron drains. They're fast, reliable and very knowledgable! They even found a gas pipe I didn't know about and repiped it out of the way so that I would have more closet space.

Home Warranty company sent Accent Plumbing to fix our two toilets. One had a sticky handle and the other took 20 minutes to fill the tank with water. We had another plumber look at it the other day to see if it would be less expensive than paying the home warranty company. The other plumbers said it was a $200 part, so we told them no thank you and called the warranty company.

They let me know they couldn't be here until Friday, but that they did carry a variety of parts so they could probably get the job done the same day. That was important to me because we were having company on Saturday. Then, on Wednesday, they had an opening and offered to come by. They were in and out in 20 minutes. Sergio and JR.
