We've used Cody's Tree Service a couple of times over the last 5 years and have always been very impressed! The owner, Frank, comes out personally for estimates and is thorough and honest in his assessment of what needs to be done - then lets you decide what works for you. The "crew" is phenomenal! These guys work like a well oiled machine and get the job done quickly and leave the property clean! Always friendly and they take the time to answer any questions you may have. Cody's Tree Service is an amazing local business that we highly recommend for both big and small jobs! Fast, friendly, quality work done at a very affordable price! Way to go guys!

I have been using their services for around 15 years doing tree removal and maintenance. After a tree inspection and thorough evaluation this summer, it was recommended that a large Jeffery Pine tree be limbed for safety reasons. Employees arrived on time to job site, they were very careful not to damage existing plants and trees in close proximity. The area was cleaned of all debris from the trimming. Employees were professional and courteous. I trust this company and would recommend their services without hesitation.

We have a large pine in the front yard. We received an insurance nonrenew notice due to overhanging limbs.

Called up Cody and they gave an honest assessment of the tree and situation. Two days later they were already out, trimmed up the tree beautifully, and sent me pictures to send to the insurance broker. Nonrenew lifted! Excellent service, communication, and execution. Thanks, would definitely recommend.

I called Cody's Tree Service for a consultation to remove 5 large trees from our fenced in back yard which is on a strong downhill slope. Frank Cody responded timely and explained how he would remove the trees. I was impressed with his logging experience and commitment to a successful outcome.

The Cody crew arrived on the scheduled day and went right to work. They were organized and efficient. By the end of the day, all 5 trees were removed from our property. There was absolutely no damage to any of our landscaping, retaining walls, fencing, or driveway. There was no evidence that so much work had been performed other than the trees were no longer there.

I was planning on getting a few bids but after talking to Frank Cody, I knew this is the company. From the initial walk through to the day of removing 3 dead trees, the entire team was so professional and knowledgeable. They had these trees removed and yard cleaned in no time. They are my go to tree service company!

I have had a 4 story tree cut down, and removed. A professional team handled street shutdown, boom lift equipment, cutting tractors, wood chipper, and debris blowers. The only thing I had to do was be out of the house, and pay. Cody's Tree Service was so good, I used them again, for a second time, on another tree removal of the same task. The guys that came out were fantastic! They were quick and friendly and gave me more information on future tree management on my property. Plus, they brought the absolute cutest dog to help out.

We used Cody’s Tree Service for trees on our property at home.
They were extremely professional, helpful; Very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt they respected my concerns and explained their procedures and answered all my questions.
They took care of all permits and did the job very promptly. They came to our home and assessed the two very large pine trees for trimming in front of our home;
Took off all dead branches and cleaned up overhanging limbs. (After they were finished, they had cleaned up all debris so thoroughly you wouldn’t really know they were there at all!)
We also had large tree in back yard that we are considering having taken out and they have gotten permit taken care for that as well.
We had a very good experience working with them and we highly recommend them.

My husband ordered a cord of pine and fir from Cody’s a few months ago. The entire cord was very moldy and infected with blue stain. I was out of the country at the time, my husband received the delivery and he’s not a forester, he had no idea the wood was unusable. I work in forestry, it’s completely unethical to be selling firewood in this condition. If you wait more than a year to harvest wood from dead standing trees and/or a burn scar, it’s questionable whether you’ll have usable firewood or not. After two years the wood is guaranteed unusable. Once the lumber has blue stain it’s valueless, the only purpose it serves is being burned as biomass at a mill. The fact that Cody’s is selling moldy firewood for people to burn inside their homes is very alarming.

It’s not safe to bring moldy firewood inside your home to burn, mold spores are microscopic and can infect other parts of your home or make you sick. We had to pay a haul away service to come get the wood and take it away, as it is useless and toxic. I do not recommend buying wood from this company.

Cody’s firewood provided great service. I ordered wood late in December and they delivered within one day. I also went to their location and they explained what wood they had available. A rare honest company that cares about their customers and offers good prices.

Codys was amazing. I had a very large tree within 10ft of my house that died. They came in with a crane, cut the tree in thirds & carefully removed all the dead foliage. I was very impressed that nothing was damaged, the tree was so close to power lines, cable wire, my house & a bunch of other trees. Andrew and the crew were all so professional and on time. They were all great. Will recommend to ALL of my friends and family. Thanks Cody's Tree Service!
