Great service. Repairman arrived in a very reasonable time frame and was very polite and professional. A true gentleman. I would recommend.

Called them to purchase part for my dish washer and they stated that they do not sell appliance parts. Found parts @ a parts supply store at Cezar Chavez and Illinois in San Francisco.

I was placed in contact with Triton by our home appliance warranty service, for a Miele dishwasher. They were great in their timely responses and communciations. The service side was 2 parts, the first part was the evaluation, it only took the technician a few minutes to determine the problem, but it required a part to be ordered. That process took a couple of weeks, once the part was available, the new appointment was setup, and the technician came for the final repair. All has been fine since. They did share the invoice with me that went to the warranty company, that all seemed like fair pricing as well. I think this is the second time I have used them, they are highly recommended.

Triton was responsive to my request within minutes and scheduled a diagnostic appointment for the same day. My technician, Paul, was so helpful, making sure to explain the problem and my options in a thoughtful and clear way. I ended up deciding to purchase a new washer instead of going forward with repairs, and they charged me exactly the amount quoted. I will definitely come back to Triton for my appliance repair needs!

I’ve used Triton twice now for two different properties and two different types of appliances (washer dryer and microwave/hood combo), and both times Konstantin was very knowledgeable with the appliances and able to provide a quick diagnosis or fix. I would highly recommend using their services!

Konstantin is great! He figured out the issue quickly and fixed the machine in less than 30 minutes. A fuse had stopped the dryer from heating up and he changed it and charged a reasonable price with the fee applied. Instead of having to buy a whole new machine, I'm able to continue to use the one I currently have.

Konstantin is also super knowledgeable about his stuff and we asked questions about his opinions. Was super informative and helpful for future appliance purchases. Will certainly call again for any future appliance problems!

Had a great experience with Triton. Our tech, Constantin, was super personable and knowledgeable. He let us know what was going on with our dryer and what needed to be done to fix it. He had to make 2 visits to complete the job, and both times he was prompt and got the work done quickly. Would definitely recommend - ask for Constantin!

I’ve used Triton a few times before for various appliances. So when my fridge suddenly stopped cooling on a Friday evening and my home warranty provider can’t have a technician visit until Monday - it was a no brainer to try these guys again. Less than 24 hours later my fridge is fixed already! Paul the technician arrived within the time slot and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He even gave helpful tips on replacing the broken LEDs which other repairmen may charge me to do themselves. Highly recommend!

Triton was great. They came out within a couple of hours on a Sunday. Their repair tech was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, & honest in his assessment. I highly recommend them.

Konstantin was a real pro, working quickly and thoroughly to repair the igniters in our stove top, then making time to add on a significant job in replacing the bellows seal on our washer. Further more, David who help with scheduling and billing, was also very knowledgeable and proactive. I would not hesitate to use Triton again.
