Romy construction remodeled my bathroom doing things such as repair rotten wood that was in bad conditions, adding new drywall, finish drywall, painting, plumbing repair, new tile installation and glass doors installed, I would hire him again if I needed him

Roman did some detail carpentry work for me in the past. Very professional, detailed and clean. Had a very good experience with him.

Romy construction installed my kitchen Cabinets and countertop, they also done some paining in the house, built my new fence and install a French drain around the house, I totally recommended, good contractor, I will hire them for my next project

Very hard trying to find a contractor that is willing to do little odd jobs and moving on to bigger projects. They work very hard to complete the jobs and are very concerned to having it done correctly. Very easy to communicate with, very timely, keep the area clean, provide detailed updates as they uncover them and work a full day schedule on the job. Very happy to find this contractor and plan to have him do many more of our jobs.

Roman did a great job with our garage remodel. All of the details were discussed in advance, and we collaborated during the project where it made sense to adjust. I would definitely use him again!

I use Roman (Romy Construction ) my kitchen and bathroom remodel.
He completely remodeled my primary bathroom first and then substantially remodeled secondary bathroom and finish with the kitchen. In Word they were terrific. Excellent workmanship, Responsive to questions and Concerns. Easy to talk to and reach on the phone. Accurate with cost estimates and timelines. Willing to do small Extra things within reason as situations arose I highly recommend him with confidence.

Roman fixed my vaulted ceiling which wasn’t properly finished and repainted it. He also painted other flat ceilings and my LR& DR and did other small projects. Roman cares about his quality of work. He is very careful to get things done right. And he has no problem moving furniture out of the way or covering it up. All of his workers were equally diligent and respectful. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Romy Construction again.

I searched / researched many contractors to update my staircase. Romy visited the site and provided me with a timeline, costs and suggestions. His team was very professional, friendly, timely and patient with my questions. It was nice to be able to discuss options before starting and sometimes during the project. They often checked with me during the project to ensure we were on schedule. Having worked with many contractors on past projects, it was refreshing that Romy and his team were timely, hard-working, and cleaned up every day. Communication was key and well maintained. I would work with them again on future projects.

After doing a lot of research on the internet, I was lucky to find Romy Construction. Roman the owner, and his team have the best work environment and communication, plus with with a good attitude. He gave me good recommendations about improving my kitchen and bathroom which I loved, I'm very happy with the work he has Done in my house. I recommend this company 100%. Very knowledgeable to perform any tasks, I was surprised by his ability to resolve problems.
Overall, he remodeled my kitchen and bathroom, installed light fixtures, installed the tile flooring, plumbing work system and painted my whole interior house. Romy Construction fully remodeled a guest cottage with kitchen and bath in 2024 for us in San Francisco. The quality, the efficiency, the price and the communication all the way through were just great. Everything we asked for and more, all our ideas came alive in the hands of his great crew. He has a great commitment to detail, but also always listened to what we needed. We picked out the important materials (tile etc) and he provided the rest. We couldn't be happier.
