I had Paul Y yesterday come out and do my semi annual property jetting. Now I have been with Van Go Rooter for over 2 years now. Paul Y has been here on several occasions. Each and every time he comes he lets me know he is here, contains what he is doing and asks if I have any questions or needs. He was fully masked and gloved. I appreciate the time service I receive from Van Go and Paul. They have done copper pipe repair, sewer jetting, toilet installation and the standard clogged drain. I would completely recommend them and have for other home owners and property managers. Great emergency service and scheduled maintenance and reasonable prices. Thanks Paul and Arnel for your continued fantabulous service!!!

VanGo Rooter is very reliable, Gem and Paul are always just a phone call away whenever we have plumbing issues. They take the time to explain the process of any repair. Our company, Life Steps Foundation has worked with many plumbing vendors but after recieving service from VanGo Rooter we decided to open an account with them. Their quality of work shows the effort they put to satisfy their customers.

I don't normally leave reviews but my plumber (Ricardo) was absolutely amazing. He was very communicative about the plan to fix my shower, picked up the parts for me, wore shoe covers and a mask while in my home, and even went above and beyond to fix a cold water issue I didn't even know I had. He made the entire experience seamless. I will definitely be recommending VanGo Rooter to my friends.

Have used this company twice and was quite impressed by their service. I don't usually leave a review for contractors, but both times were really good. Plumbers (this time was Andrew) were knowledgeable, walked you through the things behind the scene and most importantly being open and honest. You don't feel they try to get you pay beyond what's necessary. I feel I can trust them.

Super reliable and helpful! Everyone I spoke with at VanGo Rooter was empathetic and patient. Thank you to Thomas especially for your quick help with an emergency plumbing issue! He made me feel at ease with a really stressful situation and the fact that VanGo Rooter sent him over within an hour and a half of calling was a huge relief. Recommending Andrew from VanGo. My parents had really bad toilet soap suds problem in his apartment. Andrew really helped them dig into the issue, identified the potential root cause and fixed it for them. My parents only speak very limited English, but Andrew was willing to help them all the way through.

I bought a water heater less than 1 year and a half. I was told it was top of the line paid over $3k and it's not working. It's under warranty but it needs parts that they do not carry mind you for a brand they sell. Parts are ordered from who knows where meanwhile an 82 year old woman has not hot water how is she to do anything without hot water they should replace it with a new one ore offer a loner I'm mean 5 days without hot water is unacceptable never again will do business with them. They said we will fix it for free ok but it's under warranty My poor mom has no hot water how cruel can you be to an old lady .t hey fixed it 3days later I'm glad it was fixed very nice people but still 3 days

There’s only two jobs that I can claim that Vango rooter did a great job, fast response and cleanliness. I have them came out to fix a main water pipe leak which it will cost me nearly 7k because it was a bigger problem than I thought. First I was hesitating about going with Vango rooter since they’re new and starting up a business and not yet fully established. But 7k was slightly cheaper than the others guys so I go with Vango . Big mistake I make, they have to drill a hole through a wall pillar to get a pipe in was all crickets and the way they do it was not professional. The concrete they put on my driveway was cheap and poorly put in, dropped little more than 1/2 inside and visible signs of cracking in the middle only after 4 months. Even when I avoided a whole month not parked my car or going over the concrete. The main water cover was sinking more than 4 inches. What disappointing me was I told Eddies to take photos each step of the work progress and send it to me while I’m at work, but he never did. Now I know y, because they were doing it the cheap way. I strongly don’t recommended this company to anyone out there if the job is going to be more than 2k plus. They new to these business and they will screw up the work.
