Unprofessional!! Trespassers!!! I didn't even get any work done. To start I had an appointment set up early morning. I got a call from Angel asking to reschedule for a later time between 12:30 to 1 pm. Without getting a call back and saying yes come at that time! the guy shows up to my house at 12 pm, at the same time there was somebody already here for an estimate. I don't even know he is sitting in front of my house but when I return his call he said I'll come back. 20 minutes later he doesn't say anything to me proceeded to climb on my roof and leaves with out a word in English! Or French or Spanish for that matter. I wouldn't trust the company like this they show their true colors before they even started the work

Fabian can to do an inspection on a house I just bought. They secured my roof was good and as advertised. This came with pictures and and a report. Quick and efficient.

Central Roofing is very good contractor. I had the pleasure to work with them and all end up very well. The roof has no problems now and everything. The guys are very friendly and well mannered.

I wish I could give Central Roofing a zero star. Angel never finished the job when he re-roofed my house. Angel did not schedule a city inspector for the final approvals...... when I found that out it was too late because the permit had expired. I went to the city to reactivate the permit for final approvals and I had to pay $186.43. Now I am suing him at the small claims court.

Highly recommend them. I did whole reroof with them. They are very responsive. When there are minor issues after installation, they came to fix it very quickly without extra charge.

Central Roofing replaced our roof in North Beach. The old roof was torch applied modified bitumen. It was dead flat so there was a lot of ponding. They stripped off the old roof, put down tapered polyisocyanurate insulation to provide slope to the scuppers, covered the insulation with a rigid cover board, and topped off the job with a 60 mil TPO membrane. Work was completed in about a week. Galvanized metal was installed later over the perimeter curbs. We have solar panels on the roof and Angel had some good suggestions on how to integrate the supports with the TPO membrane.
We are very pleased with the job and with Central Roofing. They showed up on time and gave us a competitive bid. They started work a little ahead of schedule. Fabian stayed in touch by email as the job progressed. There were a few minor delays due to COVID quarantines and delays on our part (waiting for new windows to arrive from the manufacturer), but we were under roof by mid-September.

Excellent roofers. High quality craftsmanship. Great communication. Clean and respectful. Competitive pricing. Fabian and Angel run a exceptional family business. I would recommend them to any of friends and family.

I got three estimates for a new roof, Central Roofing was the middle estimate and I liked Angel's proposal best. I wrote a letter confirming our conversation from when we walked the job to make sure we were on the same page and to add additional work. Angel redid the proposal, I liked the final price, and we scheduled the job. Three days for the crew to demo and re-roof my house and make the roof water tight, and a day of work by one man a week later to finish the trim. The job looks good, Central's crew did the work, cleaned up, and handled some minor field revisions without any fuss. What's not to like? Recommended.

Quality workmanship! They did an amazing job replacing our roof in one day and the gutters the next day. Fabian and his father, Angel, run a top notch company and I highly recommend them.

We are beyond happy with the completion of our roof. It's good to know Central Roofing still provides quality workmanship since the last time our family used them back in 1992. We got the estimate from Angel & the job was overseen by his son Fabian. For those other google reviewers with the low star rating .... all I can say to them is " communication is a two way street".

We had a 29 year old roof that had took quite a beating this winter. We literally had shingles flying off of our old roof and would find them all over our front and back lawn every day.

We reached out to 8 vendors after curating a select list from Yelp, Google reviews, and Nextdoor. All the quotes used similar materials and provided similar material and workmanship warranties. Fabian and crew came across as very honest and genuine - no upselling, no unnecessary additions, obscure language around warranties, or pushing to replace gutters and downspouts etc. Central roofing was very competitive and Fabian was very responsive and fantastic to work with.

We were on a tight timeline and we had several vendors give us a 2-3 month lead time to replace the roof. They warned us that anyone who would agree to do it sooner was not doing it right. However, Central roofing was able to secure permits with the city of Burlingame in two weeks and get started right after. They finished their work right on schedule and it was very high quality. We received daily updates on progress. The city inspector cleared their work on the first attempt, no followups or fix-ups needed. The new roof looks great.

The whole process, from start to end, was very efficient and stress-free. I would highly recommend Fabian and crew - you are in excellent hands.

The roof looks great and the quality seems very good, only time will tell. None of our landscaping was damaged and I only found about 2 handfuls of debris/trash around the yard after, I would consider that a very clean job-site.

The final invoice matched the estimate, which was very competitively priced. We would 100% recommend.
